One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great.

I brought my family who had never been to an all-inclusive restaurant. We had an amazing 2 nights. The food and service were amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pool bar was a real hit and the pool area and gardens were gorgeous.

Superb property in a wonderful location, wonderful food and friendly staff full with full-day schedule for kids, teens and adults. Rooms have decent size however the hotel also has home-like apartments. Property is very well maintained - lawns, public spaces, rooms… are super clean. Despite all-inclusive they offer excellent quality drinks and food.

Amazing place… the resort has a good structure with a fair price. Pool is awesome and the room was very good. Should have more vegetarian options. Even “regular vegetarian” dishes had meat (vegetable soup, etc). I’ve booked a kind size bed room and got a double queen bedroom. For this price we were expecting to get what we booked. Could improve it. Overall very nice stay

American tourists think twice!!! Beautiful place, but the service was the worst I have experienced in Brasil. With the current state of traveling you would think that tourists would be welcomed not treated as an inconvenience when travel plans are altered by airline cancellations. We stayed at a pousada nearby afterwards and the service was five stars, staff made you feel completely welcome. We’ll be back soon but won’t stay here.

Hotel realmente muito bom, quarto confortável e moderno. Staff nota 10. Prestativos, bem educados e extremamente simpáticos. Única coisa ruim é que após as 2200hs não tem absolutamente nada para fazer. Todos os bares fecham as 2200hs. Impossível pedir um drink. Até mesmo o room service funciona até as 10 da noite…
