Great restaurant on the premises.

At check in we were given a nice room with a balcony but the bed was extremely hard and worn out so that we complained about it and asked for another room which was promptly given to us in minutes. This time the whole room and bathroom were newer and the bed was much much softer so that this might imply that they are refurbishing and updating the hotel. The breakfast buffet was average and quick to become inadequate but the restaurant on the premises with the same name and owner is a great restaurant worth the stop! We ate there every night of our stay with enormous satisfaction.

Wonderful stay in Liguria

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this hotel. It is a close walk to the harbor and other local restaurants but we enjoyed dining at Manuelina for dinner not only for the wonderful food but the great service (especially from our waiter, Emelio). The location of Recco is close to other beautiful towns in the area so you can't go wrong staying at La Villa. We will come back, no doubt about it!

We enjoyed the stay. Parking was tight but it was nice there was a security guard on site. Room was a little small but overall we were very pleased.

Abbiamo passato solo qualche ora in struttura e dormiro per modo di dire una notte sola. Camera Origano piccola e non pulitissima. Macchia di muffa sulla parete da parte al letto e presa corrente nella testata del letto sfondata. Si sente qualsiasi ruomore in stanza da quando si apre la porta dell'ascensore allo sciacquone di ogni stanza. Bella la zona piscina e colazione nella norma.

Ett fyrstjärnigt hotell på max 1 stjärnas nivå

Ett fyrstjärnigt hotell under all kritik. Vi fick ett rum utan fungerande toalett - trots löfte om att det skulle lagas gjordes det inte. I efterhand visade det sig att man vetat om bristen och ändå gett oss rummet. Säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte under hela tiden. Den manliga frukostvärden dag II påminde om Manuel i Pang i bygget/Faulty Towers. Helt ointresserad av gästerna, mötte i blicken, fyllde inte på tomma fat på buffén o.s.v. Sedan en hotellchef som inte bryr sig om klagomål utan försöker förklara bort dem.
