The main guy Saharat was amazing. He turned a good experience into and excellent one. This hotel has new staff since the older reviews and the hotel is very nice. Get Saharat to order a taxi for you from the airport since the Google maps location for this hotel is wrong. Location is one block from the ocean off the noisy main Street. Rawai beach is best for eating seafood if you want to lay in a beach there are 3 gorgeous beaches for sitting a few minutes motor bike ride away (we walked). Rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Free coffee and coffee snacks were a pleasant bonus. Go to the Monday/Thursday market for dinner if you want some amazing dinner and fruits. If you need any help just let Saharat know he will help you out. Right now there is some construction going on at the hotel but there was no noise or dust from it.

Simple villa accommodation

A very pleasent stay. Private villa, with rented bedrooms, generously sized. Small pool area to use, Outdoor kitchen/eating area if needed. Walking distance to bars, restaurants of Rawai Beach. Richard the French owner, will make your stay here very pleasant and comfortable. Cheap motorbike rental available. Excellent value for money accommodation. A great base to explore southern Phuket.

Perfect budget accommodation but needs signage!

Very comfortable room within a villa complex. Air conditioning worked well. Big bathroom. Fridge within the room. Quiet area but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants along the seafront. 200 Baht to rent a scooter for 24hrs. Friendly & helpful owner. Only negative was its lack of signage - very difficult to find the place as it's down a side road with no signs (even once you arrive at the villa). Our taxi driver was driving all over the place till he finally reached the owner on the phone for directions! We took a metered taxi from the airport here & it cost 815 baht.

The room is quiet and clean. The lobby is not finished, people are still working on it. The position on the map is not right. My taxi driver searched 1 hour and not found it.On the Telephone was nobody available. Also the pictures on the website are from different places. To visit the pool, you have to walk on the street first.
