Just as advertised and previously reviewed… Wonderful place to stay in the Amalfi coast. Giuseppe and Vincenzo were fantastic with logistics and helping with all of our requests. We look forward to visiting again, but making it a longer stay. I would highly recommend it.

Plenty of room for 9 people. The hosts were able to provide single beds so nobody had to share a bed. Guiseppe was always available when we had questions or needed a taxi. Minori is a less than 10 minute walk downhill. If you’re going to Ravello, plan on getting a taxi unless you want to do the 40 minute uphill steps. The ocean platform is awesome.

We were very happy with our stay at Villa Principessa! The villa was beautiful with views of the water, the place was well equipped with full kitchen needs, complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine, and the bathrooms were also equipped with body wash, shampoo, and plenty of towels. Maid service was offered two days in the 7 days we were there. The host provided a management group that were there to handle any questions or concerns we had and to offer us complimentary rides into Minori for dining and/or shopping. We had a question about the hot water in one of the bathrooms and they responded immediately, sending their property manager to check it out and solved the problem quickly.We had the services of Guiseppe to pick up groceries if needed and offer suggestions for restaurants, day trips etc. He was an excellent source of information, friendly, and ready to help us out with anything we needed at any time.If we are ever lucky enough to visit the Amalfi Coast in the future we would definitely go back to Villa Principessa!

There were 6 people in our party. The Villa was in a great location on the coast with no more than a 15 minute walk to town and the ferry. The view from the Villa was spectacular and a great way to wake up every day. Giuseppe, the property manager, was very responsive and willing to help us any way he could. He was a great source for restaurant recommendations. The whole team was very quick to reply to questions we had before we arrived and during our stay.

When I return to the Amalfi coast, I will 100% be returning to Villa Principessa! Giuseppe took care of us from the moment we arrived, even helping to park our car. The location can’t be beaten. You do need to walk a little bit on the busy road to reach Minori town and the pool, but it was no big deal for us. The property is gorgeous, convenient, and the perfect base for a trip to the Amalfi Coast.

Giuseppe made our first trip to Italy amazing. He even delivered pizza to the pool for us. He could not have been more helpful. The Villa does not disappoint. Our group of (6) adults had plenty of space. Vincenzo and Samantha took care of reservations, events and transportation. Service is A! Minori is a great base location. Ferry is nearby. Stunning views! We will be back. And we made a new friend Giuseppe we already miss you!

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Villa. We were a big family of 10 and had so much space for all. The views were dynamic. The ocean access and pool were exactly what we were looking for. The town was a short 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more. Giuseppe was the best!!! Helped us with everything. Reservations, car service, food, delivered pizzas, found pool noodles for us. He completely went above and beyond and he made our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back again. This villa and Giuseppe are complete gems!

Perfection

All was perfectly amazing, as described, we would go back to this exact villa in a heartbeat. Walkable to so much, and just gorgeous views and so relaxing. The best part about the experience was the over and above hospitality from the host, Giuseppe- he is warm and welcoming and resourceful and even gave us rides to and from some the the restaurants to make things easier on us. We felt like family/ royalty and could not have had a better time!

Perfect first time to Amalfi Coast

This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It was conveniently located within walking distance to Minori and Giuseppe was helpful in helping us with transport, reservations and supplies. He was there to pick us up on arrival, showed us how to find everything we needed And checked in with us frequently so we never felt bad asking for his help. He helped with delivery of our dinner one evening and made us reservations at the most amazing restaurant (al mare) in Amalfi along with transportation as well! Thank you, Giuseppe for making our experience an amazing one!

The Best Vacation We’ve Ever Had!

Breathtaking is the only way to describe the Villa! 4 beautiful levels of gorgeous Italian decor and views of the Mediterranean. I travelled there for my 50th birthday trip with my partner and 2 boys - 20 and 17…. And we were all in absolute awe of the property, location and amazing attentive service. The sea access right down our back steps was incredible. A morning swim in the ocean a daily treat! Lots of exercise for the legs too climbing the stunning stairs down. The infinity pool and area was quiet and we spent many afternoon there enjoying the views and a dip. The host,Vincenzo and Giuseppe were incredible, accommodating all of our needs. Everything from picking up/delivering beer and lovely desserts… to recommencing and providing transportation to the best restaurants. We pampered ourselves one night at The restaurant at Hotel Santa Caterina. An unforgettable 5-course meal at this Michelin star restaurant with the best view in Amalfi. Giuseppe recommended it and made all the arrangements to make sure we had the best dining experience, which we did! A delicious meal chosen by the chef around our preferences. Perfecto!We will be coming back!!! This was the best trip and best villa I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not a question of when will be coming back…. It’s a question of how often!!! Thanks so much Giuseppe and Vincenzo for an incredible vacation full of wonderful memories and incredible service. We will see you soon . Kristina, Angelo, Kevin and Nick

Girls/Family Trip of a Lifetime

I rely on reviews to make decisions about travel. What led me to choose this property, outside of its overall beauty, was the praise consistently given to the management staff. Communication pre-travel was effortless with Vincenzo and Samantha. They were able to help answer any questions. They also arranged for our private transfers from Rome, our chefs dinner in the villa, our dinner at a nearby Michelin star restaurant in Amalfi and a private driver for the days we needed it. Giuseppe was excellent as our contact once on property. He introduced us to the villa, helped with our luggage, checked in on us daily, made dinner suggestions, grabbed items from the store and helped secure car arrangements. He seemed to anticipate our needs which helped make our stay easier. The villa is just as described. Yes there are lots of stairs, but if stairs bother you then the Amalfi Coast isn’t for you anyway. The position of the house on the street can be daunting at first, but quickly becomes part of its charm. The views are impossible to describe and never get old. I cannot say enough about our experience here. It was just perfection and we are already planning a trip back. The location is great and the house is authentic and comfortable. No doubt the stars of this trip were the team of Vincenzo and Giuseppe. I have never been so well looked after and was sad to leave. Till next time.

Excellent Property in Great Location

Beautifully presented and well equipped property with lovely historic features and incredible views over the sea. Pool and parking were a short walk away and always accessible. Nothing was too much effort for the management or staff and a special thank you to Giuseppe who was always available, providing lifts, restaurant bookings and even delivering pizzas from Minori! A full concierge service always offering assistance. Thank you!

Villa Principessa is a fantastic villa with a great staff! A huge gift basket with local fruits, a white and red wine from their own production and many snacks, including pasta, as well as coffee capsules, sweetened our arrival. The view, especially in the top part of the Villa is breathtaking. The sunrise is unique and very picturesque. It's like watching God paint and all the sky is its screen. Simply just fantastic. We still had warm weather. Access to the beach is a few steps away, The water is very clean and you can see small fish swimming inside. If it was too cold, we could go to the infinity pool which is heated instead. The view from there is unique. The shops of everyday life are about 10 minutes walk away (easy and short walk). A staircase leads down to the center of Minori, where also the port for the ferry is. From there you can best reach the neighboring towns of the Amalfi Coast, as well as the small well-known island of Capri. We highly recommend this Villa if you vish to visit the Amalfi Coast.

Villa Principessa: Heaven Villa Principessa is one of the best villa we ever stayed in! Views are spectacular, terrace is a wonderful place to relax, you can walk down to the sea or use the amazing heated pool, and the lovely Minori is a few minutes stroll away. Giuseppe who took care of us during the stay was extremely kind and helpful.The hospitality provided form the whole Amalfivacation team (including Vincenzo, Samantha, Erminia and Andrea ) was amazing: they provided us recommendations , coordinated travel, helped us with anything we asked for.

Heaven in Ravello!

A magical setting for a family getaway with our adult children! We loved the property - each room was exactly as described with stunning sea views! We loved the walkability to Minori and did that daily. The bus was also easy and convenient to/from Amalfi. The garden was exceptional and the kitchen had everything we needed. Felt right at home! The host was very responsive and made our trip seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Views for days

Located on a busy street the villa is expansive and so comfortable and the extra touches with coffee machine, fresh fruit and snacks were appreciated. We even had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Giuseppe is a gem! He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us daily. The proximity to Minori, the piazza and the ferry are a huge asset. Ravello is up the stairs, albeit a lot of stairs. We loved the swimming platform and the washer and dryer. Communication with Vincenzo was easy and as this was our second visit, we would stay again. Our Memorable Stay at Villa Principessa, an unique villa

We had a wonderful time at Villa Principessa. It's a 400 year old villa, completely renovated, full of charm and beautifully equipped with every comfort. The place was perfect for our family. Everything was in order.The groceries provided on arrival were a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. Villa Principessa was not only beautiful but also in a perfect location - easily walkable to the picturesque town of Minori where the townspeople are friendly and welcoming. In Minori there are ferries to visit Amalfi, Positano etc. What makes Villa Principessa unique is the access to the sea (besides the heated pool). It was so gorgeous that we went for a swim nothwistanding it was october! We would highly recommend the villas and the company: Amalfivacation. A special thanks goes to Vincenzo, Samantha, Giuseppe and Andrea. They were all just wonderful and very helpful. It was a great vacation and exceeded our expectations. We definitely wish to come back!

Ravello/Minori

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the charm and elegance of the property. We arrived to a fresh fruit display with crackers, cookies and 2 fine bottles of wine. Giuseppe was the consummate host available to offer recommendations and any help we needed. The views from the property were breathtaking especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to Minori and the ferry. The home is clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this beautiful Italian home for anyone looking for a serene and authentic Italian getaway.
