Scale 1 to 10 i would give it a 5

The room was clean but there was no garbage bag in the garbage can. We needed to use the guest laundry so they told us there was guest laundry on the 2nd and 4th floor. But we needed change and the people behind the desk told us we had to use the change dispenser. So we went to use it but it was pretty finicky and wouldn't except some of the dollar bills. The people behind the front desk didn't want to give the change out.Plus it said it was pet friendly but there was no place for the dogs to go to the bathroom. I walked all around the hotel and it was all rock work and bushes.

This hotel is okay. Nothing extra special. The paint on the hallway walls was "patched" and not with the same type of sheen, so it is noticeable. The carpets in the hallway and the breakfast area needs to be replaced. For being a Wyndham property, its a little lacking. Our room was clean and comfortable for the 2 nights we were there. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! I like the color scheme. What was NOT okay, was all the children that were allowed to run around unsupervised. At breakfast, there were children dipping their hands into the sprinkles that are for the waffles, licking the sprinkles off their hands and repeating this several times. I had to report it to staff so they could remove the contaminated sprinkles. Those same children were running through the breakfast area, grabbing several plastic forks and napkins and running into the lobby, again unsupervised. They had also been running in the hallway of our room unsupervised. We know this as they were on the same floor as we were. Fast forward an hour and these same children pull the fire alarm causing my friend and I to be late for the event we were working as we actually evacuated. The hotel needs a policy that is very clearly written and placed on the front desk that ALL children 12 and under need to be supervised at all times or the parents/guardians will be charged for damages and asked to leave the property! I was really wanting this place to be a place I would return to due to its proximity to The Monument.

How close it is to the summit arena. The pool was a warm temperature, the pool area was comfortable. The rooms are modern & have lots of outlets and space.

Very clean and nice! Staff was very helpful. The reason for the average rating is that the hot tubs were more like a hot water tub, the jets didn’t work at all- was disappointing.

Liked it was close to the convention center. We had no hot water in our shower but had hot water in our sink and was told because it was because everyone was showering at the same time and wouldn’t do anything for us.
