Very nice property. House is very clean and had everything we needed. Also, location of the house leaves you 30-40 minutes from most areas of interest - Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Keystone, etc. Overall an enjoyable stay. Recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy this nice area of SD.

Black Hills Tour

Awesome view for the 4th of July fireworks from deck and hottub. Easy to get to when doing daily out of town tours. Clean and spacious. Hot tub was awesome. Would have liked a BBQ for evening steaks and burgers.

Rainbows and great location

Really enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed plus a welcome gift. Great location to see all the Black Hills has to offer. Easy check in and checkout procedures. Great communication from the owners. Quiet neighborhood, great views from the upper deck. Convenient location of grocery and gas. Can’t say enough great things.

We went to RC to watch state cross country. So thankful we found this place. It worked perfect for us. Host was great, house was great. Overall great weekend.

Comfortable Place in a great location

This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the area. Since you are in Rapid City you are central to most of the area activities. you are only 5-7min from major shopping and eating and 10min from downtown. The house is well appointed with all of the amenities you may need include nice cookware and comfortable beds. Lots of space to spread out for families. Large kitchen dining living area for cooking and still being apart of the group. Deck with fire pit for enjoying the great scenery and 4 person hot tub for relaxing. There is a book of rules to the place but most are not onerous and most are standard for any VRBO. I appreciate the hot tub cleaning request and providing the tabs. I have friends coming to the area next year and I will be recommending that they stay here.

Perfect for our needs

This home was perfect for our needs! We wanted a place for the whole family to get together to see my brother in Rapid City, and the size/location/comfort/price was just right. Plenty of space to hang out and chat inside, make good food, play board games, and stay cozy by the fire.

Gem in Rapid City

Very nice and new house with a beautiful view of the mountains and Rapid City. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have visited. Having access to a two car garage was a big bonus. We would stay here again.
