Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im coolnest und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und außergewöhnlich ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super entspannt und äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Wellness- und Saunabereich ist modern und hell mit Getränke- und Snackangeboten und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur zu empfehlen❤️

The property was recommended to me by a German acquaintance: it is really nice in terms of architecture, style and services. What was disappointing to me was my experience with my dog. During my reservation, the property was identified as "animals allowed" by Expedia, so I simply reserved for me and my 3 daughters. When I got there, the personnel told me they actually only have 2 rooms for dogs, that for this reason, the only way for me to be their guest was paying 20 € more per day (which is quite common in my experience with hotels with dogs) and, on top of that, 90€ for additional cleaning. I was > 600 Km from home and after a 7 hrs drive, and I had already paid in advance. So I accepted. When I checked out, it actually came out that the additional spend for cleaning was 180€. despite my complaints, they kept telling that they had clarified the actual surcharge for cleaning would be 90€x2, on top of the normal cleaning already included in the reservation rates. This is important to know for other Expedia customers that would like to consider the property for their trip with animals.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt unglaublich genossen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das gesamte Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich vom ersten an Schritt ins Hotel wohl. Was hier bestimmt jedem auffällt: ich habe noch nie so freundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt.

Einfach wirklich cool...

Hip und modern, aber (zumindest bis jetzt) noch ohne die typische Schickimicki Klientel. Cooles Design mit Reizüberflutungs-Potential (im positiven Sinn), geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, viele tolle Möglichkeiten sich aktiv zu betätigen (Biken, Wandern, Rafting,...). Das im Hotel "eingemietete" Restaurant ist der Knaller. Mit Abstand das Beste sind allerdings die Mitarbeiter - freundlich, lässig, hilfsbereit, gut gelaunt. Wir kommen wieder.

FANTASTISK sted med virkelig skøn stemning og meget hjælpsomt personale der altid har øje for om du har det rart eller mangler noget. Meget villige til at hjælpe om det så er cykler vi ville låne, eller om vi havde særlige ønsker til maden. De klarer det hele med et smil. Morgenmaden er indholdsrig og med de bedste råvare. Man mærker hurtigt at her er truffet gode valg. Frisk juice, koldt hævede brød, gode oste, pålæg mv. Udsigten fra hele hotellet er bare den bedste man kan tænke sig. Værelserne er smukt og stilfuldt indrettet, så man kan ikke gøre andet end at nyde det. Vi er en familie på 4 og fik en særlig fantastisk hjælp med værelse (x2). TAK ! Vi kommer 100% tilbage til vinter, da det skal prøves igen.
