Absolutely loved our stay. The property is immaculate, bright, cheerful and welcoming! The location is perfect for us. Both of our kids live less than one mile away. The house has been renovated. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

This home was a great choice for our week long stay over the Thanksgiving week in Raleigh to visit with our son. First, Pam was Awesome at responding to questions and offering suggestions. Second, the property was clean, comfortable and perfect to relax, and enjoy some great family time together. The master bed was VERY comfortable as we love a firm mattress. We used the grill on the back deck to cook a couple meals, and we used the gas fire pit to roast marshmallows for some-mores. The screened in porch was a nice touch with a beautiful view of the large backyard. Thank you!!

I enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s in a nice location and is very quiet. The owner was very professional and responsive. The location is perfect for pets as there is plenty of green space. The only drawback is that there is no guest parking at the location and you share the location with guests below.

My fiance and I stayed at this location for 4.5 days while we toured areas to move to. The facilities were clean and inviting, the kitchen had most everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We appreciate the easy check in process and location to all. My only suggestion is to fix the handle on the storm door as it was very difficult to open and seemed to be coming loose. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for those coming to the area.

This house ruined my vacation somebody was living under me the entire time and I had no idea. The house was advertised as entire place had I known there would be people under me I would have never booked. So the ppl under me complained that I was too loud mind u I was here to enjoy Chris brown so of course there was no quiet time for me this was my first time seeing my favorite artist. So I had to come in early due to this… secondly she sent the cleaning ppl 30 min before it was time to check out this was very unacceptable.

We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. Great location close to everything. Very comfortable with everything we needed such as iron, ironing board and great washer/ dryer. My wife and I were completely comfortable and totally relaxed. We plan to come back to the area and will definitely stay here again.

This is the upper floor of a quiet home that sits back off of a busy road. It has a deck and sun room with views of rabbits, songbirds and a resident red-shouldered hawk. The place was clean and had all the basics we needed for a four-night stay (including cooking essentials). We didn't need to communicate with Pamela much, but when we did, she was prompt to respond. We'll be back.

House was nice. Perfect for 3 adults to stay the weekend. I only gave 4 stars for Accuracy of on line listing because I didn't realize at the time of booking that the do stairs of the house is actually a separate rentaanother rental

No water

We arrived at the property with no water. The property manager would not respond to our call and never did call back. It was very late in the day and VRBO said I should know something within 5 hours which was 3 hours past when we go to bed. Still have never heard from the property owner but the water somehow did get turned on. Whenever stay there again with that lacquer response

Attractive unit centrally located

Everything is in good working order. The location is in walking distance from Lake Lynn Park for walking and running and an easy drive to downtown Raleigh and the whole Research Triangle. Pamela was very responsive to our minor issues and resolved them promptly.
