Staff overnight is awesome and friendly and helpful and super professional (African American with dreadlocks). The room accommodations are poor. There are very noisy trains which pass through all hours of the night which interrupt sleep significantly. The beds are quite uncomfortable. The parking is outrageous ($20 a night). I would not stay there again due to the trains and uncomfortable beds.
