Staff support lacking like hell, nobody was ever at the front desk. There were no trolleys. Had to bring my infant son downstairs to get one but there was none! Was told to be out at 12 at the latest but coming back from looking for a trolley the rom card stopped working at 11:30am…cleaning lady opened it for me. Not accommodating or helpful at all

They charged me 75.00 holding fee and have yet to return it. With rooms this are already not well maintained. Best recommendation is find another hotel or be sure to place hold on credit card so you can get your money back easier. Report as fraudulent charge and it will be returned.
