Unpleasant check in with staff on duty. We arrived after 10:30 pm (front door lock without room key). Checked in received room key, returned to vehicle to get luggage - room key did no work on door. Front desk assumed I didn’t understand how to place the key. NO, it was the room key - he had not done something correctly. He had to rekey it. After that disappointed engagement. The rest of trip was ok. Possibly because I didn’t see his FACE again— thank goodness,

Solo pequeñas observación: La habitación poseia mucho olor a cigarrillos,las cortinas de baño casi deteriorada ,y el tubo del baño no calzaba con la misma impidiendo que el agua se saliera y encharcara el piso (eso es un riesgo para posibles resbalado)...El area del desayuno muy limpia , el señor que la atiende muy amable y atento...El recepcionista del turno de las 7am muy amable y diligente.Gracias

Our room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning was great. We stayed here because we were going to a concert at the coastal credit Walnut Creek venue. Definitely would stay again

They put us in an ADA room, which wasn’t requested. We only had one wash cloth so my husband showered with a hand towel since it was an overnight trip. The breakfast was just ok.
