I had booked through orbit and already paid. I gave them a card for incidentals and they ended up billing me for the room as well so I have double paid for the room and it is still not been taken care of. I called and they said that they had reverse the charges, but that did not happen.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were amazing and friendly! Always asking if you needed anything. Hotel is very clean. The bar is a whole vibe! The bartender Justin is fantastic!

Food Delivery Confusion

While we enjoyed how conveniently located this hotel was and the friendliness of their staff at check-in, our experience was tainted by a loud knock on our door the second night of our stay at 11:55pm from a food delivery person who had the wrong room number. I would have preferred to be awaken by a call from front desk asking us if we ordered food (even though we did not) than a knock on the door late at night. I’m sure the people also sleeping in the rooms close by would have been grateful of such call, as well.
