Antigua casa de piedra completamente renovada en 2017 con el total confort de una casa moderna que incluye 5 dormitorios, 4 baños, un aseo de invitados para alojar hasta 12 personas. Cocina totalmente equipada + barbacoa + terraza cubierta + jardín + piscina (4 × 10 m) con sistema de electrolizador de sal + estacionamiento privado.

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado. Hay una lavadora y secadora disponibles. Wi-Fi gratis. 3 baños con duchas y 1 baño con bañera. 1 aseo de invitados separado.

3 habitaciones con camas dobles; 1 dormitorio infantil con 3 camas individuales; 1 dormitorio con 3 camas individuales (se puede usar como habitación familiar o para niños).

Casa bien orientada (Sur - Suroeste), con terraza sombreada y terrazas expuestas. Impresionantes vistas de la bahía de Boka con increíbles puestas de sol. Jardín disponible para jugar y para descansar a la sombra o al sol con una hermosa vista de la bahía del mar y de las montañas circundantes.

Sábanas y toallas incluidas (excepto toallas de playa / piscina).
La piscina tiene un sistema de electrolización de sal, ideal para pieles sensibles y agua muy suave para nadar. Se calienta cuando es necesario para la temporada más fría (mayo, junio, septiembre, octubre). La piscina está asegurada con una valla y puerta de acceso. Hay 3 sillas largas en el área de la piscina y la posibilidad de colocar una sombrilla.

La propiedad incluye dos casas con áreas privadas separadas, terrazas cubiertas, barbacoa y jardín para cada una de ellas. Solo las dos casas comparten la piscina y otro jardín en la piscina.

La casa está situada en el pueblo de Naljezici. Pueblo situado al inicio de la colina a 5 minutos en coche de la carretera principal en un lugar central para llegar a muchas actividades e instalaciones: 15 minutos en coche a Kotor (Patrimonio Mundial de la Unesco), a 20 minutos en coche de Tivat (Porto Montenegro) , A 25 minutos en coche del casco antiguo de Budva, a 15 minutos en coche de muchas playas diferentes, a 60 minutos en coche de Mont Lovcen, 1h30 a Dubrovnick, a 100 m de un supermercado Mini, a 7 minutos en coche de varios supermercados (incluyendo carnicería, pescado Al por menor, ....) justo bajando la colina,…. .

Si le gustan las áreas tranquilas pero cómodas para descansar y relajarse durante sus vacaciones, combinado con un fácil acceso a actividades divertidas, visitas interesantes y descubrimientos, creemos que disfrutará su estadía en esta hermosa casa.

Los aeropuertos más cercanos son:
- Tivat (a 10 minutos en automóvil, vuelos principalmente en temporada de mayo a septiembre);
- Podgorica (a 1h30-2h en coche);
- Dubrovnik (a las 1h30-2h en coche; riesgo de atención de colas en la frontera en julio-agosto).

Nice house, excellent location, fantastic view

All of us - a family of twelve, six adults six children - greatly enjoyed our April 25 week in the Nalježici house. The owners were absent, but Amelie was always attentive and available by WhatsApp, and the local caretaker Snežana, who speaks a very good English, was very helpful as well. We were somewhat disappointed that the swimming pool was not heated as advertised (It was explained to us that heating starts in May), but some of us braved the very cold water anyway and enjoyed the experience.All in all, highly recommended.

A fantastic house - The view and amenities are both great.

Had a fabulous 5 days at the house, with the views being even more amazing in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every utensil you’ll need and plenty of plates, cups and glasses. The pool (which is heated) was great for morning, afternoon and evening swims. With 8 adults staying there was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms to use so we never felt we were getting in the way of each other. A problem we had half-way through the stay was quickly fixed and we were made to feel very welcome. Recommend hiring a car to get to the house (and get around), with location being great that it’s 15-20 minutes from Tivat airport, as well as beaches, picturesque towns and lots of things to do (definitely recommend the Kotor cable car). Location is also a great mix of feeling you are in the countryside whilst only being a few minutes drive from supermarkets and local towns. There is a small shop about 100m up the road that stocks the essentials. Amélie provided a really helpful set of instructions for getting to the house, as well as a guide covering things to do and restaurants to visit (all of the recommendations we tried we ended up having fantastic meals at). Only thing you’ll need to plan into your trip is to go register at the local tourist office and pay the tourist tax. Finally the price for the apartment was superb and offered great value. If you are looking to book, do so as you’ll have a fantastic time.

I wish If I could give more than 10. House is very close to Tivat Airport max 10-15 minutes drive and to Budva like 25 mins drive and Kotor town less than 15 mins if no traffic. Amélie and Snezana they both make sure you have comfortable stay. I will definitely suggest this place to everyone. House is very clean and lots of toys for kids and ofcourse swimming pool is heated and clean. 10/10*********

What a fantastic 10 days. The property is gorgeous and very comfortable, with AC throughout. Bedrooms well appointed with comfortable beds. Loads of space for everyone. The pool was perfectly clean and shared the stunning, picture-postcard view with the dining room (a view that the property pictures do not do justice to). A quiet location but near to the airport, towns and shops. Hugely valuable and enjoyable family bonding time, made better by the location. We very much recommend it

Absolutely stunning property with sunset views of Kotor Bay

We stayed here as a large group of two families with teens and there was plenty of space for all of us. Amelie’s home is really beautiful- clean, well equipped and spacious with a great pool area and outdoor dining space with the most breathtaking views over Kotor Bay - especially at sunset! We have made lots of precious memories here and would not hesitate to recommend this place. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in a rural setting, but not too far from Kotor, Porto Montenegro, local supermarkets and beaches, this place will be ideal for you. We really fell in love with Montenegro - it’s still very much a developing country in many ways, hence the roads can get very busy, but I would definitely recommend Amelie’s home!

Great location, view and accommodation to enjoy Montenegro vacation

Very nice home with a view in a great location to enjoy a vacation near Kotar, Tivet, and Budva. Communication with host was easy and all our questions were answered. Home was very comfortable for our group of 8 and had everything we needed.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer komplett eingerichteten Küche (Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierkombination und allen dazu benötigten Utensilien. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse, mit sehe tollem Blick auf den Fjord, Tivat & Kotor, einen Essbereich im Inneren, mit dem gleichen Blick, 5 Schlafzimmer, auf 3 Etagen und einen beheizten Pool. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung oberhalb von Radionovice. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan und die Gegend lädt zum Abendspaziergang ein. Der Zugang ist per Schlüssel Box. Wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten wurden diese sofort beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Amelie, Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit. hatten

Wonderful memories made.

The villa was clean, well equipped and spacious. The views from the open plan living area over Kotor Bay way amazing. The host was also very helpful, easy to contact and accommodating. Definitely hire a car to get around and explore. Kotor old town and beaches in nearby Budva were also fantastic. Overall a wonderful and very memorable family holiday, we would highly recommend it!

Wonderful place with the most incredible view!

The house is stunning and is set in a fantastic location, easy to get to the main road but set up on the hill side with amazing views over the bay of Kotor. Inside the property is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - we were a party of four adults and four teenagers and had lots of space to spread out in. We loved the pool, the outdoor dining area and the huge window to enjoy that stunning view! Overall a perfect place to stay for a holiday exploring beautiful Montenegro!

Great stay close to Kotor, Tivat and the beautiful Montenegro coastline

We loved our stay in JF & Amelie's place - it was exactly as described, recently modernised and in great condition, with fabulous pool and view of Kotor bay. The comfortable and air-conditioned villa was a lovely sanctuary to return to after hot days, and its location up the hillside away from the busier areas was perfect. July was very busy on the roads but we still found accessible routes nearby to all of the highlights, Kotor, Tivat, Perast, Mount Lovcen and even Lake Skadar which is well worth the drive. Communication with Amelie both before and during our stay was prompt and very helpful - many thanks!

Exceptional experience

The property is located very well indeed to enjoy the area around Kotor Bay, the Adriatic coast/ Lustica peninsula and also the mountains accessed via the incredible Serpentine. The view is sublime and the property benefits from sun through the whole day. Montenegro exceeded all of our expectations - friendly people, great seafood and unbelievable landscapes and towns to explore. Two things to consider - there may not be reliable city water supply but the owner and manager very efficiently responded and arranged for a secondary tank to be filled. The country is developing and there is building/ quarry noise locally, which can be intrusive at times, but seems to be ubiquitous and hard to escape from! However, we would definitely recommend this property and would be delighted to return. Highlights: boat trip on Skadar Lake, Buljarica beach and seafood restaurant Galija (very good indeed: lobster, octopus salad, squid, fresh daily fish), road trip up Serpentine to Lovcen Mountain and Mausoleum, great views and different perspective on country, Perast out of season, restaurant on way to Perast: Stari Mlini for a special experience in a great location.

What a great house to stay in with a group. Spacious, modern, good swimming pool and a perfect view on Kotor Bay. Good communications and service but from the landlord as well as the caretaker. Definitely a place to rent! You won’t be disappointed!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man für den perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Ausgezeichnet ist die Ausstattung zum Leben und Ferien machen, denn durch die notwendigen Ausstattungen wie bspw. Gewürze, Küchenutensilien aber auch Utensilien für einen perfekten Pooltag fühlt es sich an, als würde man ihr Haus benutzen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an den Gastgeber oder die lokale Vertreterin melden. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Woche.

Der Ausblick ist kein Fake

Nach drei Jahren haben wir es geschafft. Leider mussten wir die Reise wegen Corona dreimal verschieben. Die Vermieter sind uns da sehr entgegengekommen, sodass wir den Reisetermin zweimal verschieben konnten. An dem Tag wo wir an dem Haus angereist waren, war gerade der Sonnenuntergang wie in den Objektbildern zusehen. Einfach Traumhaft! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sauber gewesen. Der Pool war erfrischend und mit salzigem Wasser. Das Objekt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Excellent house with amazing view

It’s a beautiful and lovely renovated house. Everything was in perfect order and new. We also enjoyed the outside kitchen with stone barbecue grill. Amazing view to Tivat area and the bay of Kotor. Both Tivat and Kotor are pretty close, within approx 15 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks!
