Hotel sin agua

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, el edificio es viejo, hasta ahí vamos bien, de ambas cosas estábamos enterados y conformes, al llegar después de las 11 pm de una reunión avisamos que había problemas con el agua, las personas como su nombre del hotel lo indica, hotel escuela, no tenían ni idea de como resolverlo, a las 6 am volvimos a avisar pero para este momento el problema es que no había nada de agua.de igual manera sin respuesta

El trato que tuve con la persona que atiende las reservaciones, es decir en la administración, especialmente con la señora, no es cordial. No da a conocer las reglas del hotel, exige que se cumplan de una manera altanera. Por otra parte, el trato del personal del restaurante, sobretodo en la joven, fue amable y eficiente. Sin embargo, a nivel de grupo deberían ser mas responsables y amables. Explicar con calma y respeto sus reglas en el hotel y ayudar en caso de necesitarlo. Son volubles y eso resta eficiencia en su desempeño.

Muy buen viaje a Amealco.

La ubicación excelente. Muy rica la comida del restaurante, la habitación cómoda y limpia. Necesitan mejorar en el cuidado de las instalaciones, en mi habitación el baño por ejemplo.

Es un hotel bueno si solo lo requieres para pasar la o las noches, Un poco de confusión en la recepción ya que la reserva y el pago lo hice a través de Expedia, nada que quitase el sueño.

La mejor ubicación, pésima habitacion.

El trato es muy eficiente y amable. La ubicación es la mejor!! La habitación necesita urgeeeente remodelación o por lo menos una limpieza profunda. La ropa de cama y las toallas era lo único limpio y en buen estado. La alfombra era un verdadero asco. El piso del baño y las puertas de la regadera en pésimo estado. Es increíble que "Hoteles Misión" tenga su nombre ahí. Pésima imagen!!!

Instalaciones muy viejas y mal aseado en sus baños

Es un hotel colonial con excelente ubicación, la comida de su restaurante buena y económica, sin embargo las instalaciones son muy viejas, puertas desgastadas, mala iluminación y baños terriblemente mal aseados, el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, tienen que renovar sus instalaciones, lo único rescatable es el restaurante

Reservación cuarto con dos camas y sólo una.

Demasiado frío y en malas condiciones las instalaciones. Y con el contratiempo de sólo una cama cuando la reservacion era para dos camas y el costo fue para dos.

Mal opción de servicio

Pues se utilizó solo para lo que es, pasar la noche, ya que no ofrecen un servicio tan bueno, las habitaciones no tienen clima, el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio hay que pagar una pensión por aparte, además de que en la publicidad dicen contar con spa, y cuando lo solicite me dijeron que era mentira, la verdad mi calificación es mala porque no me gustan ir engañado, tuve que esperara y chisimo tiempo tan solo para bajar las maletas ya que no había espacio para que se estacionen los huéspedes por lo menos para descargar equipaje ni nadie que te reciba o ayude!!! Es momento que no me envían mi factura solicitada. Su arquitectura en achaca muy bonita es lo único rescatable.
