For entertainment, we've got you covered with Freeview TV and Apple TV featuring a Netflix account.

Bedroom 3: 1 King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay of 3 nights over Christmas and New Year
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

NOTE FOR SPA USE: Please be sure all four clips are undone before opening the lid and please be sure to cover the spa after each use.

Please be informed that a studio apartment is located on the left side of the house, separate from the main 3-bedroom residence. The only shared amenities are the garage, which includes parking and laundry facilities.
