Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich. Ich hatte das Gefühl das mir nicht geglaubt wird das ich geschäftlich dort übernachten wollte. Auf die Frage wie ich zu Parkplatz komme wurde mir patzig geantwortet, das sieht man doch. Es war bereits dunkel und ich war noch nie dort. Ausgeschildert ist der Parkplatz ebenfalls nicht. Frische Brötchen finde ich sollten in so einem Haus ebenfalls gereicht werden und nicht vor Ort fertig gebackene. Als wir beim Frühstück angekommen sind wurden wir erstmal gefragt ob wir uns angemeldet hätten. Uns hat aber niemand darauf hingewiesen das man das muss. Ich kann nur sagen das die 4 Sterne da noch aus urzeiten stehen aber nicht mehr stehen dürften.

Positiv: Zimmer war sauber Sehr freundliches Personal Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut Allgemein ruhige Lage Bequeme Betten Dusche groß genug Negativ: Zimmer eher klein und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Eingang. Bei geöffneter Balkontür (notwendig aufgrund der Wärme) zog ständig der Qualm der Raucher, die sich direkt vor die Eingangstür stellen, ins Zimmer. Parkplatz viel zu klein (12 Stellplätze für 30 Zimmer), fußläufig (ca. 100 m) hatten wir aber immer Glück (Anfang September) Abgesehen vom Frühstück aber definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel

Parkplatz vorhanden, aber viel zu klein. Kostenlose Parkplätze im Umkreis von 200m waren verfügbar. (Glück.?) Dasselbe im Frühstücksraum. Wir waren zu Viert - um 9 Uhr waren nur noch 2 2er frei, keine Tassen, keine Teekanne, keine Vollkornbrötchen, wenig Geschirr, genervtes, streitlustiges Personal. Checkin am Voraben sehr angenehm und glatt, ebenso Checkout. Gute, einigermaßen ruhige Lage. Standardzimmer im Dachgeschoss winzig, aber sauber. Betten nur mäßig bequem - wir lagen trotz Alkoholkonsum lange wach- aber das ist ja subjektiv. Es gibt bessere Zimmer, vielleicht sollte man nicht über ein Portal buchen??

Et godt gammelt kurhoter, der har det problem at kuranstalten er lukket. Personalet er nærværende og man føler sig hjemme. Jeg vil enhver tid komme tilbage. Eneste fejl! Madrassen i sengen var for tynd og hård

Ruhiges Hotel am Waldrand

Das Hoetel liegt ruhig am Ortsrand. Leider gibt es seit Jahren keinen Kurbetrieb mehr, so dass vieles sehr einsam und verlassen außerhalb des Hotels wirkt. Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Hotelparkplätzen. Wir kamen am Nachmittag an und mussten uns einige Meter weit weg am Straßenrand eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Unser Zimmer lag ruhig und war sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Abendessen gab es im Restaurant oder auf der Terrasse und es war gut.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage direkt am Kurpark und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt sowohl für lokale Wanderungen als auch Besichtigungen in Quedlinburg oder Halberstadt. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon, das blitzblank sauber war. Obwohl das Zimmer unmittelbar an der Rezepltion lag, war es absolut ruhig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich und das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) war richtig gut. Obwohl der Gästeparkplatz recht kein ist, habe ich dort jeden Abend noch einen Platz für meinen Wagen gefunden. Die einzge Kleinigkeit, die mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Ambiente des Restaurants, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Harzaufenthalt unbedingt zu empfehlen

Ruhig gelegen, war es genau richtig nach den von uns durchgeführten Besichtigungstouren. Angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliche und zuvor- kommendes Personal. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder einen Kurzurlaub dort planen um Quedlinburg zu besuchen, das uns bestens gefallen hat! Wir hatten hervorragendes Wetter - ein Glücksfall!

Fed blanding af alderdomshjem og hotel

fred og ro og en skøn blanding pga det lidt specielle i at det er en kombi af luksus alderdomshjem og hotel. For en som mig, som elsker at snakke med tyskere der har levet i tyskland i 30,erne og frem var det helt unikt at der stadig findes nulevende som er så friske at de kan fortælle om det. De har det godt der og værelset var perfekt til os tre som var afsted.

4 Sterne sind eindeutig zu viel. Das Haus ist ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Für jemanden, der keine größeren Ansprüche an ein Hotel stellt, ist es ein akzeptables Hotel. Auch das Essen könnte besser sein. Als Rumpsteak gibt es eine ausgelatschte Schuhsohle.

Das Hotel ist sauber, einfach eingerichtet, nicht ganz unser Geschmack aber okay. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes, das Brot war leider total alt, die Varianten bei Marmelade, Käse und Wurst übersichtlich und von keiner hohen Qualität. Das Abendessen war okay, keine positiven oder negativen Überraschungen. Der Saunabereich ist klein aber gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Alles ok, Frühstück könnte allerdings besser sein

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein ruhiges sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, es war zwar alles da, aber es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen, Vollkornbrot war ebenfalls nicht frisch. Käse und Wurst kamen nicht von der Frischetheke. Im Großen und Ganzen war es aber ok.

Wir waren auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Quedlinburg. Das Hotel kann ich jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen. Wir werde auch sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Hübsches Hotel neben dem Wald, Erholung pur.

Bad Suderode ist ein Kurort. Zur Überraschung ist aber das Kurzentrum (Badeanstalt etc.) im Moment geschlossen. Privatisierung. Die nächste Therme ist in Thale. Das ist schade, denn gerade die Kombination aus Natur, Wandern und Therme hat mich sehr gelockt. Es gibt im Hotel selbst Massagen und BrainLight aber keinen Pool. Trotzdem war ich zufrieden, weil der Wald mit vielen Wanderwegen direkt neben dem Hotel anfing. Es gab auch auf dem Kurgelände total schöne Ecken mit Bächen und Wiesen und versteckten Bänken zum entspannen. Es war ein toller und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Hab gleich wieder gebucht.
