Réservation de 4 nuits : dès la première matinée, une panne d’électricité a gâché notre début de séjour. Au restaurant, le service du déjeuner a été déplorable. La serveuse s’est trompée dans la commande, causant un long délai, et nous n’avons jamais reçu les bons plats. Malgré notre signalement, les éléments manquants ne nous ont jamais été apportés. Pour couronner le tout : 25 $ pour un déjeuner classique…déjà cher pour une assiette traditionnelle.... alors sans viande. La serveuse a reconnu son erreur, mais aucun geste n’a été fait — on nous a facturé le plein montant. Inacceptable à ce prix. La chambre est acceptable, cependant système de ventilation très bruyante. Pour des raisons écologiques ils nettoyent les chambres, change les dras et serviette au 3 jours, a notre 3e journée ils sont venu faire notre chambre a 16h45 lorsque nous tentions de nous préparer pour notre soiree.. ce qui nous causa un retard. (nous avions dit de laisser faire mais ils ont insisté)...

My stay at Hôtel Bonne Entente was a mixed bag, with notable highs and lows, particularly at the restaurant. The room was spotless, cozy, and inviting, providing a comfortable retreat. However, the VIP lounge experience was marred by a malfunctioning coffee machine in the morning, which is disappointing for a supposedly exclusive service. The restaurant was a major letdown. For a simple order—an appetizer of calamari and two beef tartares—the wait exceeded two hours, which is unacceptable. Cocktails and wine glasses took an eternity to arrive, and the bill was delivered to the wrong table, further prolonging the ordeal. Despite these issues, the staff remained courteous and professional, doing their best to make up for the shortcomings with a warm attitude. Overall, while the hotel boasts an elegant setting and comfortable rooms, the restaurant service and minor hiccups like the coffee machine in the VIP lounge detract from the experience. Improvements are needed to bring the establishment up to its expected standard. 400$ for a suite, no make sense

I really like this hotel overall-the common areas are comfortable, clean, rooms are quiet, but since my last stay there are signs of neglect. The value of the “Resort fee” is not there at all. The kids club room was not well stocked, the coloring books and art supplies were old and not appealing for the kids. There was a gaming system but no games. The hot tub had scum lines on the tiles and a lot of debris on the bottom. The hotel is beautiful but rooms are dated and show signs of age. The room’s carpet was stained and tiles in the shower were cracked. Overall the property is beautiful, and past stays were great, I just wish the maintenance and amenities were maintained.

Un excellent séjour, j'aimerais saluer que cette fois ci le menage est fait chaque jour sans avoir eu besoin de demander. Merci au personnel pour l'acceuil professionnel et chaleureux. La suite spa une pure merveille immense et ultra confortable. Endroit très tranquil et reposant merci

Special mention to Éloise at the front desk who was pleasant and helpful at check-in. We didn't bother with a late checkout when we were told by another employee the next day that we would have to request it early the next morning as we were hoping to sleep in, and that employee was not even answering the phone.
