Everything with the Hotel was nice and we even got to pet the dogs that were there most of the time! There was someone who was either a guest or someone who lived there literally complained about our shower running and actually complained to the front desk. Other than that it was in a great location as well with places to eat, get coffee, or various things you may have forgot.

Very quirky hotel with great staff easy parking (with previous reservation) and good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave. Definitely will stay again next time we are in Eastern Canada.

The breakfast was great, though not very varied; it was complete and worth it. The staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel is very nice. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could improve; they were dusty, and even with daily cleaning requests, dirty water glasses weren't changed. The parking was great and very convenient. Without a doubt, it's an excellent hotel, and we highly recommend it; it's very well located.

Our stay was lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming (and bilingual). The breakfast was wonderful, our room was small but well outfitted and we loved the extras like the rooftop patio that we enjoyed several times. Small inconvenience that the air conditioner didn’t work but we were offered a fan which did the trick. Super convenient location near Cartier district with all its shops and right across from the Plains for exercise and exploring. Will stay again.
