Staff was great, room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Drain in shower was slow and not enough hot water to fill tub. Also needs a blind for both windows at night. Overall it was very nice and I would stay here again

The room was very cute and cozy. The hotel was in a great spot, right in the middle of everything and with a beautiful view of Chateau Frontenac from our window. There were a few hiccups but Charles was a great help and on top of everything.

Staff very nice and super helpful. Bed on the soft and smaller side, but still comfy. Kind of a pain needing to use your phone to open your door through a web browser every time but not a big deal. The shower is pretty small with arguably too many jets, but good water pressure and amenities, including hair dryer. The heaters work very well with baseboard and split heating. Solid spot to stay in a superb location!
