"A Domu" is an oasis of tranquility just minutes from the sea and a short distance from the center of Cagliari. Perfectly connected by public transport and close to the beautiful sandy beach of Sant’Andrea, you will find a supermarket (opposite), bars, and restaurants nearby.



"A Domu" is a comfortable holiday home located along the coastal road from Cagliari to the eastern coast of Sardinia. Its strategic location, just 18 km from the center of Cagliari, 30 km from Villasimius, and 45 km from Costa Rei, makes it the ideal base for visiting the splendid eastern coast, full of beaches and breathtaking views, as well as beautiful inland natural areas such as the Parco dei Sette Fratelli, the woods of Burcei, and the Castiadas prisons.



The house is part of a private complex surrounded by a well-kept 550 sqm garden, completely immersed in greenery, with various relaxation areas for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, solarium, and laundry with washing machine and drying rack. A large covered private parking area is available.



"A Domu" is organized to meet all your needs: small children (cot on request), parking, beach kit (umbrella, beach chairs), and laundry.



The accommodation consists of:

- Living/dining room with kitchenette equipped with sink, hob, oven, fridge, and mini freezer;

- Double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables, and desk;

- Bathroom with sink, hairdryer, WC, bidet, and spacious shower.



The environment is fully air-conditioned.



Bath towels and bed linen/blankets are included. Internet is available via 4G Wi-Fi with a daily limit of 10 GB.



Pets are not allowed.
