Beautiful house, extremely clean and fully furnished for cooking and relaxing. Within a short walk of Abersoch including restaurants and shops. Host was very communicative and easy to deal with.

A beautifully renovated house right in the heart of Abersoch. Just a 3 minute walk to the centre with small, quirky shops , great restaurants and bars. Just a 10 minute walk takes you to Abersoch’s stunning beach , we had a very bracing dip in the sea. The house was very clean and fitted to a high standard ,the downstairs shower was welcome after walking back from the beach with sandy wetsuits. The beds were comfortable, loads of storage space with ‘lots’ of hangers , thumbs up!! Contact from the host was timely and useful.We had an excellent family stay and would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a fabulous stay at Pen Y Glyn. A lovely bright spacious house, centrally located right in the centre of Abersoch, and perfect for a family break with the added bonus of plenty of parking. The cake, prosecco and milk were an added bonus on our arrival. Our young grandchildren loved it and the garden is perfect as its secure and provides plenty of space for playing, bbqing and relaxing in the sunshine. The communication with the hosts was excellent...infact nothing not to like about this property!

Great facilities above and beyond

Everything we could possibly need was provided including beach towels. A small but great touch!! We also arrived to a bottle of fizz and milk! Again small but greatly appreciated touch. Facilities were clean and spacious. We would definitely book again xx

Ideal Base

My wife and I have just spent a delightful week at Pen Y Glyn. The property is well located for a visit to Abersoch and surrounding area being close to both beaches and shops, restaurants etc. The house itself is spacious and very clean and the kitchen has everything one would need for self-catering.

Christmas 2024

My family and I have stayed in this beautiful comfy house in the summer months and twice at Christmas. It is just perfect and suits all our family needs such as the open plan kitchen/ tv area or separate front living room with tv. It is also well heated during those cold spells. We love staying in Abersoch and this home holds lots of special memories. Thank you

Loved it!

We all loved this house. It was spacious, homely, warm and comfortable, with quality fittings and furniture and everything we could wish for to make the stay enjoyable (despite the horrible weather!) Well located too, on a quiet road but close to the town centre. The welcome cake and prosecco was a lovely touch and if we stay in Abersoch again as a family, we will certainly choose the same holiday home.

Christmas 2023

We have stayed at Pen Y Glyn a few times during the summer months. On this occasion we stayed during the Christmas break and it was as nice as ever! It was very clean when we arrived, cosy and warm. Fabulous property in Abersoch

The house was exactly as expected, beautifully clean, welcome pack, cleaning products provided as well as loo roll. The beds are super soft and comfortable and we all slept well. Messaging system with the owners not working - kept saying message not sent. We only wanted to request a slightly later check out but we were almost out when the cleaning staff arrived at 10.15

Family Weekend Away

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Beautifully equipped and within an easy walking distance to the centre of Abersoch with lovely bars, cafes and a gorgeous beach. The only one thing I would say is the beds were quite soft which meant I didn't sleep very well as I am used to a firmer mattress. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you.

Lovely family break

A really lovely stay in this house. It's really well equipped and had everything we needed, and the little extras like games and beach towels were an added bonus. The garden was great, and was really secure for our little girl to play in. Great communication from the owners.

Amazing place

Without doubt one of the best equipped holiday rentals we have ever used. Would definitely recommend to families and groups beautifully decorated, very clean, excellently, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a brilliant location. Will definitely be coming back great communication too from the hosts and flexibility - We absolutely loved it.

This is such a great property modern warm and home from home. The owners have thought of everything even to supplying lovely blankets for a relaxing time indoors whilst cold weather around snow on mountains, this house has everything layout is fab, really didn’t want to leave, will be back in the summer.

A fantastic week

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely house. Fantastic location within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. The house was so comfortable and well equipped - it had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future .
