It was a nice comfortable condo. There’s not many businesses around the area but it doesn’t take long to go back into Punta Gorda or to Cape Coral to find all that you need.

Laura and Troy were easy to communicate with. No problems with the condo at all. Parking was always convenient and available. Definitely need a car - other than Casa Cay and Dollar General, it's a drive to restaurants and shopping.

We highly recommend this condo within the Burnt Store Marina. The owners are very nice people with great communication skills. The rooms were nice and clean, and you can walk around the marina, and to the Cass Cay Restaurant with live music.
