Michele was a lovely host and the condo was the perfect spot for relaxing and whale watching. We loved the on deck pool for evening sunsets. Truly a wonderful vacation and when our flight was cancelled Michele allowed us to stay in place until we could get our flights rescheduled. So kind!

4th time in Punta Mita

We have stayed at Hacienda de Mita, Four Seasons, Las Marietas and here (Tau). Having just been at Las Marietas in Feb 2024, I thought we would try another property. This property is nice, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, housekeeper very nice, process easy with concierge. Large heated, plunge pool was great. The complex has a nice workout facility and a pool (neither of which we used). I wish I had booked Las Marietas instead. Tau is above a road, then massive houses, then the water. Google map it. Fair amount of traffic noise in the morning (8:00), then in evening (6:00). There is a house still under construction across the street and one that we could see up the road (but did not hear noise from). Across the street house looks like it should be complete by summer 2025. Buildings finished on the outside. Landscaping to be done.They are still working on build out of the interiors. Since we were gone most of day, not a problem. But when back 4-6pm to get out of sun and relax before dinner, the power saw noise was irritating. To be fair, I did not hear a tool before 8:30 am any morning. All the workers left by buses by 6:30 pm. The patio was lovely and lots of whales to watch but not as peaceful with the power tools. To contrast, the unit in Marietas was on a golf course hole and distanced from the road and mega houses. Small negative about this unit, primary bathroom shower basin (on right side) would fill up after water ran for 3 minutes. Drain needs to be unclogged.

Amazing!

The unit, resort amenities, service, and incredible views blew us away. Photos cannot capture how incredible the views are. Having Bere cook breakfast for us in the unit was a special treat. We also appreciated the concierge services for booking activities. The whale-watching tour was unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful Property- Well decorated and friendly staff

The condo was beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was lovely. The staff was helpful and polite and the location was great. Overall, it provided a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the construction of the house directly behind the condo. This was out of the owner's control and should be finished soon.

Property is great and would definitely come back. All the furnishings were up to date and very comfortable. A/C was really good which is a major plus on vacation. Cleaner and cook was super friendly and always came back to fresh guacamole and a clean house.

Great Getaway

Wonderful location, views, amenities and furnishings. The condo is an oasis and beautifully situated overbooking the ocean with picture perfect sunsets. The open floor plan accommodated our family nicely and the en suite bedrooms were both comfy and spacious. The gym and lap pool are equally clean, quiet and convenient and the staff was attentive but never underfoot. We will be back!

Christmas week in Punta Mita at Tau

Absolutely a beautiful condo with lots of space for one or two families. The view is incredible...especially at sundown. We loved the staff for our condo that graciously cooked and cleaned for us. Such a treat! It's a great location as well. We loved walking to Sufi beach club and all others were an easy golf cart ride. Was great to be near the St. Regis as well which is within walking distance. We had drinks there one night for sundown....highly recommend there or the beach club. We'd happily re-book this property again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Punta Mita!

Our family of four (two teenage boys) had a great week at TAU 232! The condo is quite spacious and the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The outdoor patio has an amazing view of the ocean and the plunge pool is a great place to cool-down and relax. Berenice was lovely and made us an amazing breakfast every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We loved Punta Mita and Tau 232 was just beautiful and very well appointed. Our concierge, Jesus, was very helpful and the owner was responsive too. We loved the access to the beach clubs and the whale watching from the porch was spectacular and mesmerizing! We will be back!

Gorgeous condo

Clean, modern and a beautiful ocean view. We were able to watch whales in the bay from sun up to sun down. Very quiet with nice linens and comfortable beds. Newer golf cart that seats 6 was great to have. Berenice cooked the most amazing breakfasts for us as well as made guacamole—the best I’ve ever had. She kept the condo spotless too! Highly recommend, will definitely return.
