VILLA of recent construction with 3 apartments, 2 of which on the ground floor to rent, each for 2 - 4 people. It was built in a privileged residential area 60 meters from the sea from the Caribbean. Surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden with palm trees and banana, mango and papaya trees. Each apartment has a terrace facing the sea with table + 4 chairs and 4 swings. Spectacular sunsets from October to March!
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
