Bed was amazing! The food at the restaurants was excellent but room service was abysmal to say the least you will have the 💩 all vacation stay away from the cheese and cold cuts and mayo food handling is at a all time low just exposed to the elements bugs heat and spoiled fruit.

I loved the pool and dining options of this place. Besides one restaurant everything was good!! The staff is so friendly!! However the room smelled so bad and humid, I felt like I was in a basement. Despite asking for them to do something about it was not fixed.

We had the truest relaxing time we could have hoped for, with fantastic service through and through. First, let's start with the property and buildings. Very nice, well built, comfortable large bedrooms, and the AC was working just fine. Each room includes a Jacuzzi. The showers were very comfy, and we had great sleep almost every night. Every morning, our butler service made it a point to keep us in the loop of activities around the grounds, but to be honest, and they did look like fun, but we weren't into that for this trip, this was about rest. And we had very restful times at the pools, hydrotherapy spa, and beach. Breakfast was more Spanish influenced, as the main company is based out of Ibiza, Spain. They did have a huge selection of worldwide breakfast staples (eggs in many styles, Spanish tortillas, ham/sausage, cold cuts and cheeses from across the globe) pastries, pancakes, mimosas & bloody Mary station, juice stations, even a Mexican breakfast station (in my opinion, this was the best, those egg and bean tostadas with extra veg always hit the spot). Lunch offerings at Helios and Poseidon were honestly fantastic. Lot of options with rotating Caribbean, Spanish and Italian options. A la carte dinners were very impressive: in my opinion, the Italian places were just okay, nothing incredible... But the French, Indian, and Peruvian? Wow. Onto the problems: the sales pitch was aggravating. We paid for a week, not to be life members. Otherwise, great!

Building lost power multiple times so no ac for a few hours. Some of staff assumed we were not gonna tip so they did not come around as often. Not acceptable. The butler service was just a text of activities and directions. Better service at Secret Cap. Whether we tipped or not they came around a lot.

Horrible service, place looks decent but nothing like TRS should . I’ve been to the one in Mexico before which is wayyyy better. The butler service is NOT 24/7. They don’t pick up towels around the pool for days. THEY HAVE 1 cart to take you and 40-50 other people around on the TRS side . Trash place ! Called a cab to a restaurant outside, and the butler stopped answering when we needed the taxi back ! The food is terrible on TRS SIDE. Everybody go to the big buffet ask about the big buffet on palladium side. The less expensive and cheaper parts get better food and pop . Super disappointing for the fact we’ve been to grand palladium hotels for a while and we probably never will again

Our butler Rodney was the best!!!! We did not have power for 1 day and the next on and off. Was quoted a price at the spa which was great but the did not honor it. None of this had anything to do with Rodney. He tried to help in any we he could. He is great!!
