The hostess Stephanie at Helios was incredibly personable and seemed to enjoy her job. Our Butler Rodney went above and beyond decorating our room one night for our honeymoon. It was a great surprise to come into. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great. No complaints.

Everything was excellent!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They truly care about their guests. TRS is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing, and the food was really good. We did upgrade to the VIP package, but in my opinion it wasn’t worth the extra cost. The highlight, however, was that the Chic Cabaret experience was included, and that made the trip truly special.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing and that’s saying a lot because most all inclusive food is lackluster. Not many fun activities on the resort. So if you’re younger and want to party every now and then, this isn’t the resort. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
