Title: Great location, but the room condition and management issues made the stay very frustrating
We stayed for 7 nights (Dec 22–29) in a Classic Studio with Balcony, Pool View (2 adults + 1 teenager). Unfortunately, despite the excellent location, we would not stay here again.
Room condition was poor from the start. The closet was dirty and damaged (holes) and there were no hangers. There was no proper mirror in the room—only a very small vanity mirror by the sink. The electrical outlets were mostly broken, and the only usable ones were one in the kitchen and one near the vanity. They even placed a lamp on the table that was essentially decorative because there was no outlet to plug it into. The refrigerator looked extremely old (like from the 1990s) and had visible rust.
The patio sliding glass door did not work properly and would not close completely, which was uncomfortable and concerning.
Service and responsiveness were also disappointing. The front desk staff member we dealt with was not cooperative and did not seem to listen, even after we requested multiple times to switch rooms due to the condition. We were also given multiple Wi-Fi passwords, but the signal was so weak that it basically didn’t work. We ended up using our eSIM/mobile data for most of the trip.
The final day was the worst part: there was no water at all throughout the complex, meaning we could not use the toilet, sink, or shower. We had to go to a nearby restaurant just to use the bathroom.
