We arrived late in the evening on Thursday Dec 11. It took them an 1.5 to get us checked in. We dropped our items off to our room,then went to eat at the buffet. When we got back to our room it was extremely warm, our TV wasn't working in one of our bedrooms, as well as the mini bar. We contacted the front. An hr later they sent someone up to assist. They wasn't successful with anything. Friday morning we called back down bc we slept very uncomfortable, a s covered with sweat. We called back down to the front for assistance around 9a. They sent someone at 5pm. They still wasn't able to fix,the ac nor tv, and ended up having to switch the fridge out. Throughout the night we called and complained. Sat an Expedia agent arrived and switched our room at 3pm. The new room ac worked,but the room had a strong sewage smell that made us sick! Every restaurant we tried to make a reservation with said they were full, we walked to them to them thinking maybe someone canceled. Upon arrival they were completely empty with only five table being occupied. They finally got us in at the steak restaurant. When we were seated our table were covered with ants and were crawling on my daughter's arm! This vacation was a complete nightmare!!!!!!!!! I'm not stop with just this review, I'm taking this as high as possible!!
