We had a wonderful time at the Dreams resort! Tony, our butler, was incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay. We ended up switching rooms due to some construction next door and the resort was very accommodating. This would be a great resort for families, there are kid friendly pools and activities each day. We took advantage of the spa and it was beautiful and relaxing, highly recommended. The late-night entertainment was fun and something to look forward to each day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Food was hit or miss. As a platinum member I didn’t get my bottle of spirits. The $200 resort credit was only for a few selected things. Wry clean resort and attentive staff. Could have used a bit more quality entertainment.

My room front door was broken, couldn’t lock the doors unless i used my keys to lock it. Half of the items in the bathroom wasn’t working or looks broken like the mirror for your makeup and the knob for the shower. Also the bathroom always have a weird mildew smell. The shower drain always making sounds all night like it couldn’t drain the water. Room service was okay, except finding a metal string in my omelette that looks like it was from a metal sponge to clean the grill/stove, i told the supervisor about it, and they didn’t do anything about it. ALSO, if you use the app for collect tray, i would think someone is going to pick it up on the first request but NOPE, my dirty dishes from the room service will still be in the box for couple hours after claiming they “attended” my collect tray which they didn’t. Also i felt like the resort can improve in securities because a lot of ppl were drunk in the nightclub looking for a fight with other people. But i love the lobby bar, the bartender Jorge, and Rocio, are so good with making the drinks!

⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Dreams Macao ✨🌴 My stay at Dreams Macao was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail from every area of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food and beverage quality was outstanding, and I especially loved the Italian restaurant — it was charming, elegant, and the dishes were exceptional. 🍝✨ I’ve been a loyal Dreams customer for years, having previously stayed at Dreams Onyx and Dreams Cap Cana, but I can honestly say that this property has been my favorite so far. 🌟 I also want to highlight the excellent service from my butler, Dargeny, who was always attentive and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Additionally, Marcelo Landy consistently went above and beyond to make sure my family had fun and enjoyed wonderful experiences during our time at the resort. 🙌💙 Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and I truly look forward to returning soon. 🏖️✨

Very good staff, the service is very good. Wanderline was so nice and very helpfull with everything. Note: This hotel is very good for go with children, not for couples. And if you go, highly recommend get the preferred club.

It rained every day we were there. I know that was out of the resorts hands but it still put a damper on our trip. Also the sales presentation/pitch also took most of my day. I don't think that should be a part of anyone's stay. Even though they were polite it still felt very much pressured.

The room was in poor condition, the bathtub was dirty, the bed was broken, the toilet overflowed, and the outlets didn’t work. These weren’t isolated issues; they happened on three separate occasions, and each time I had to call twice just to get someone to respond. Even then, the problems were barely addressed. I requested cleaning and maintenance multiple times, left for hours, and returned to find nothing done. The service was consistently unprofessional; staff were dismissive and rude. At the buffet, an employee rolled their eyes when I asked a question, and when I tried to order room service for the first time, I was rudely asked if I was “ordering again.” If you don’t upgrade to Preferred, they treat you like you don’t matter. I know this because I stayed as Preferred for two nights, then switched to non-Preferred to be with the wedding party — the difference in treatment was night and day. Staff seemed more focused on upselling and squeezing every dime out of guests than providing decent service. For an “all-inclusive” resort, it’s ridiculous how much they try to upcharge. Overall, the experience was unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and courtesy made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
