Maria at adults only buffet was the happiest worker by far! Bartenders seemed unfriendly and crabby. Beach was beautiful! Turtles absolutely gorgeous! Pool lacked entertainment. A little music would go a long way. Having to pay for some restaurants if not premium was a disappointment at an all inclusive. Liked the little feel of adults only, just wish they had a more couple restaurant options without going to palace. The bathtub showers really need to be upgraded.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly, great customer service, the hotel is always clean, they were always making sure that everything was okay, also the staff celebrated my birthday , but the only thing we weren't happy was that they didn't have our room ready , so they moved us to a different room and location.We were disappointed because the room had two bed instead of just one.

Beautiful resort. Could use a little TLC around the resort. Good food, most of the staff was friendly and kind. The one member of the staff, Elisabeth, was the waitress in the bar lobby she was amazing. Such a joy to see her each day!!

La atención al cliente en la recepción general Bávaro Beach, camaristas y personal de los restaurantes de buffet, en relación a amabilidad y eficiencia es muy, muy mala. He visitado Barceló Riviera Maya y el nivel de las instalaciones, servicios y ATENCIÓN al cliente es excelente. No tiene comparación con la experiencia que acabo de vivir.

Everything was great overall, but I wish there were more nighttime activities in the Adults section. It felt like most of the shows ended quite early. I’d also suggest keeping music playing in the lobby 24/7, because once the shows are over, it becomes very quiet. After 10 p.m., if you want to grab a drink and relax, there isn’t much else open. The staff are super friendly and the beach is wonderful!

Rooms are very tired and need a long over due update! Also the food was absolutely awful!!!!!! The special restaurants where you had to make a reservation to eat there never had openings. We tried to make reservations in advance for the whole week we were there and it was always booked full so we were forced to eat on the buffet for every meal and it was terrible!!!! We will NEVER go back to this resort again!!! It was such a disappointment!!!! First vacation we have ever been on that we lost weight!!

The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety of choices. Food was great and they had choices. The hotel and beach was clean and felt welcoming. The staff was helpful and tried to assist when we asked for help. The bartenders were great 👍 as well. The only thing i should mention is the closet draw in the room was dusty and was not cleaned properly which was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was great and it was an excellent experience. We will come back again.
