Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged. The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to the natural reserve is 3x more expensive.
