We paid quite a bit for this hotel. They have a very nonchalant attitude. Room was dusty, drawers had a layer of dirt in them. Refrigerators were not working. Shower was loose in the bathroom. They didn’t have enough towels for use. The staff are not efficient at cleaning the rooms. They actually lied to us saying they were cleaning our room and made us wait downstairs and when we went upstairs the room was not even touched. The breakfast was average. The dining stuff are very slow to take and deliver on orders. Long Beach is overcrowded.

Sewer smell in the lobby and outside sitting area. Hotel food was not great. The location was beautiful, and incredible snorkelling right on the beach in front of the hotel.

Snorkeling trip…wished we were elsewhere

We’re grandmas who stayed for 2 nights only. We’re not trying to find the perfect resort nor looking for imperfection in one. But this was the 2nd most expensive resort on Long beach, hence it should be cautious with quality. Most guests’ reviews were good on staff friendliness, true. Criticism on breakfast, true. They seemed to be serving breakfast befitting for more affordable hotels. Room was clean but our bottled water, coffee/ tea replenishment was missed. Location- 2 mins walk from a chaotic jetty. Restaurants nearby are not that affordable to local tourists but quality acceptable. Activities- run by 3rd parties e.g. kayaking are too expensive for local tourists. Snorkeling was sheer disappointing. Quality of coral reefs: not as great as expected.

Bedsheet was smelly. Requested to change but still the same, they even leave the smelly bedsheet on the floor. Didn’t change after room service as well. This is noticeable when doing room service, I wonder how they can just leave it like that. Well trained
