"Parking was safe and easy. Views of the castle were amazing.
Gym was tired, treadmill didn't work properly. Jacuzzi was cold, jets did not work.
My wife went for a walk in the morning and when she came back the staff was rude thinking that she was not a guest.
The restaurant was great.
