Welcome to our property in the exclusive Costa Diamante community, nestled right on Sandy Beach—one of Rocky Point's most desirable beaches. Whether you’re seeking thrilling off-road adventures or exciting water sports, everything is just a short walk away. Our two-story home is designed for both comfort and relaxation, offering all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. On the top floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the open dining and living area, creating the perfect space for gathering with family and friends. Step out onto one of our two spacious balconies to soak in breathtaking beach views, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy stunning sunsets that will take your breath away. The bottom floor is your sanctuary for rest and relaxation after a day of fun. Adjacent to the home is a conveniently located pool, which is seasonally temperature-controlled—heated during cooler months and cooled during warmer ones. From the property, you can easily keep an eye on the kids as they splash and play outdoors. Located within the luxurious Sandy Beach area, our home is just a 5-10 minute walk from popular bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. With space to accommodate up to 14 guests, our home is perfect for families and groups looking to create lasting memories together. Additional Information: The Costa Diamante community provides 12 bracelets upon check-in with your reservation. Additional bracelets are $50 per person per stay (this is a community fee beyond our control). Guests must be 25 or older to reserve. Quiet hours are enforced, with no loud music allowed after 10 PM. Our cleaning crew follows strict COVID-19 cleaning guidelines for your safety and peace of mind. While we provide TVs, cable service is not available. However, we do offer internet for streaming your favorite shows. Come and stay with us—you won’t regret it. We look forward to hosting you in our beautiful home! You will have free access to a community pool and spa. WiFi is complementary as well During your stay you will be on your own but we are always attentive in case you need something. In the beginning, you will be greeted by one of welcome hosts so that you do not have any issues. Upon checkout, you will also be assisted by one of our checkout assistants. However, through out your stay, we will leave you alone to enjoy your privacy and relax. This is a gated private community and you will be required to wear a guest bracelet. However, the bracelet will give you access to this secure and exclusive community with pool and spa. It is only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Our house is 15 minutes walking from bars and hotels (using the beach side). It is 10-15 minute drive from MALECON (main downtown area). You will need your car. Specially if you want to have fun and have a 4x4 as you will get to enjoy the sand dunes. The community has strict rules about the surrounding. This is for your own enjoyment and safety. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
