WEEKDAY SPECIAL! Sonoran Sky 1401 Shore Beats Work/Spacious Oceanfront Condo

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath suite is located on the 14th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. This suite will easily accommodate 8 guests and has cable and internet access, the condo also has an electrical grill available for you. This is a very large and spacious suite done in earth tones throughout. The wall of sliding glass doors go partway around the suite, from the master bedroom, living room around the corner where the dining area is. You can enjoy the views from just about every room in the suite. The living room has a large dark leather and cloth sectional sofa that faces the terrace. Under the sofa is a neutral color area rug. There is also a comfortable armchair, coffee table and one end table between the sofas. Above the coffee table is a ceiling fan. Across the living room are a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. Behind the sofa is a very large beautifully carved hutch.

The dining area has a large rectangular wood table and six matching high-back chairs. The chairs are wood with cloth seats and high backs. The colors are neutral earth tones. Above the table is a lovely chandelier. You can enjoy any meal at this table and still be able to enjoy the beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with matching backsplash. There are a built-in oven and microwave and the range has a flat top cook surface. Everything you could possibly need to make a gourmet feast is in this kitchen. The only thing you need to buy is the “fresh” catch of the day or that famous jumbo Rocky Point shrimp. There is a wet bar with a wine refrigerator that easily seats four. The barstools are cloth covered and compliment the dining table chairs. The bar serves as a great place for entertaining or for a quick breakfast.

The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that goes onto the terrace. The walls are done in a sun-drenched yellow and the ceiling is white. The furniture is dark wood and there is a king-size bed, a matching dresser, and two complimenting night tables. The bedding is ivory, tan and yellow king size with complimenting throw pillows. There is an oriental rug under the bed, which enhances the neutral colors throughout the room. The closet is large and has double sliding mirror doors. Above the bed is a ceiling fan. The artwork on the walls is more of a modern or contemporary design. The master bath has a double sink vanity with marble countertops, plenty of storage below, a large mirror, and lots of lighting. There is a built-in tile shower with a glass door enclosure and a deep Jacuzzi tub.

Open the patio door at night and let the salty sea air surround you while you relax and fall asleep, or go right out the door onto the terrace and enjoy a private view of the sunset. The first guest bedroom has a small patio with a sliding door and a private bath. The king-size bed frame is done in dark wood with a matching dresser and two-night tables. The bedding is sea-foam green and white. There is a flat-screen TV above the dresser and the closet has sliding mirror doors. Above the bed is a ceiling fan. You can truly enjoy this room at night by opening the patio door and letting the Sea of Cortez into your dreams. The private bath has a double sink vanity and bathtub. Guest bedroom two also has dark wood furniture with a king-size bed, two-night tables, and a 4-drawer dresser. On top of the dresser is a flat-screen TV. There is a small window which still allows you to see the sunsets. Above the bed is a ceiling fan. The bedding is tan with complimenting pillows. The private bath has a double sink vanity with marble countertops, plenty of storage below and a large mirror and plenty of lighting. There is also a bathtub.

Guest bedroom three has a queen-size four-poster bed in dark wood. There are matching night tables and a large dresser. Above the dresser is a flat-screen TV and above the bed is a ceiling fan. There is also a double window with a bamboo shade. No matter where you are in this suite you have a view of the beautiful sunsets. In the hallway is a guest bath with a double sink vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower. Further down the hallway is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and storage space. This is an elegant, spacious suite with everything you could possibly imagine. The views are breathtaking and can be seen from just about every angle. You can open all the glass patio doors and have the Sea of Cortez come into your home or you can sit on the terrace and enjoy it. The terrace is very large and wraps around the side. There is a large round wrought iron table with four chairs, a small sofa with two chairs and a plush cushioned seats, and a wet bar. Relax and enjoy, this is truly a little piece of heaven. The sunset with all its magnificent colors eventually sets and the sky turns into shades of blue, which reflect off the deep colors of the Sea of Cortez. This is an amazing sight.

NOTE: There is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
