Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time in this well equipped condo. It has way more amenities then listed and that was a plus. We made great use of the crockpot to cook dinner while we were enjoying the many pools all day. I have stayed at this condo building and Encanto next to it many times and love the location, just takes a little extra planning but well worth the beautiful beach and less crowds. We also took advantage of Mojitos pool bar to get drinks and delicious snacks!

i really enjoyed my stay i wasnt to happy about location but if you dont mind traveling at least 30 minutes to town its great it is very private overall i did enjoy my stay

Great beach and golf course rundown facilities

Property is in need of major maintenance from the doors and plumbing to the appliances. No hot water in two faucets washing machine leaks main patio door mostly inoperable. Walls need paint shower drain is stopped up broken toilet seat. I could go on but what's the use. Outside landscaping is good but pools need maintenance many missing tiles and the deck coping needs regrouting. I've been a repeat customer for 3 years, don't think I will be back for a fourth. Great location but the value is not here.

Gorgeous place and nice staff!

The view from the 9th floor is spectacular! Pools and grounds very nicely kept. Our unit was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Lovely furniture and decor. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking equipment. Would definitely rent again in this building!

Great views and the property was stunning!

Really a nice place. Beach was pristine and the water clarity was beyond my expectations. The condo itself was well appointed and very comfortable. Only downside is 30 mins to Puerto Penasco and the dirt roads around the the condo were a mess due to heavy rains. No issue for us as we liked the privacy and I didn’t mind taking my SUV “mudding” a time or two. A few cars got stuck so beware of the mud if it rains. Overall, this VRBO was excellent.

Adequate condo

So we LOVE Rocky Point and always stay at Luna Blanca. This was our first time in this unti. The condo is spacious, clean and has the best view. Furniture is great. Beds comfy. Lots of extra towels and pillows. Good kitchen utensils. However of all the units we’ve stayed in this one lacked the most. For starters we got there checked in, dropped our stuff and went to spend the afternoon at the beach. Upon getting back to the condo about 730 at night , wet cold and tired we all want to take hot showers only to find there was no hot water. The water heater is not the big one in the laundry room it’s a teeny tiny one up on a shelf. It was unplugged and the breaker was turned off. ? By the time we figure out how to turn it all back on and plug it in we had to wait an hour for a hot shower. I have no idea why this would’ve been turned off and unplugged when they knew people were checking in. However when I sent a message to the owners they responded immediately so that’s the positive. Bring toilet paper because you only get what’s on the roll when you check-in!! Eight people -four days ...we ran out. I’ve never had to bring it so it never occurred to me. There’s a dishwasher but no soap for it. That’s a bummer when youve had a meal with 8 people, loaded all the dishes and then had to unload it and wash them by hand. Bring trash bags!! You only get the 1 in the can. There is a vent in the ceiling of the half bath that is the loudest thing you’ve ever heard and never shuts off. You just have to shut that door not use the bathroom at all and hope the people in the room next to it get some sleep. There’s no soap shelves in the shower so bring body wash otherwise you have to set your bar soap on the ground. There was also no welcome book or instructions to know if we needed to strip beds, wash towels...or do anything. That would have been helpful with the water heater issue. Owners nice and we had a great time. Just needs a few essentials. Biggest negative-owners can bring dogs -and the owners next door brought a puppy that barked NONSTOP when left. It was left too often. It was AWFUL. Ruined any chance of a quiet moment on the patio 😡 odds are it wouldn’t happen again soon...but it ruined a lot of our weekend. Could hear it all the way to the Beach!! We had to complain twice to have ANY peace. Not this owners fault

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The condo was great. Everything was just as it was described on the description. This place even though it's about 20-30 minutes from downtown, it's well worth to come and enjoy your rest and relaxation.

Clean and Quiet place to stay away from all the younger crowd

We rented this place for our older sons and their friends. The boys all said it was so beautiful and had everything they needed for the week! The owners are very helpful when it comes to asking questions and reply rapidly! Great place to stay that is very clean and has everything needed for a great time!
