There is a leak above the kitchen table, the dishwasher comes out entirely and the spinner inside is off. The thermostats were messed up, a leak by the washer and dryer. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not full and some broken. There was no bar soap or liquid soap in the bathrooms. One of the barstools is broken. Seat is partially off.I hope the owner will be notified soon!We had a great trip with a great view!

Had a great time at Rocky point! Our host made it very easy to communicate, made us feel very welcome. Everything at our stay was great, we had lots of fun indoors as well as outdoors, so close to the beach.Felt like a home away from home

Fit our family of 7 very comfortably. Very spacious bed rooms and living spaces. Check in and check out were very easy. Would recommend to any families visiting Rocky Point!

Amazingly fun

The property is super nice and very lively. The space is very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and even more. The pictures show 1 bed per room but i was pleasantly surprised that 2 of the rooms have 2 beds. It has separate balconies which we enjoyed very much. I will definitely stay again. Our host was very informative it all went super smooth. Will definitely stay there again.

Great top floor space

We had a group of 8 and loved this spot. Amazing views, comfy beds and everything else we needed including waters in the fridge, plenty of toilet paper, and even shampoo and conditioner.

Perfect Place!

We loved staying here! Lots of space for our group of 9. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a responsive host. The kids/teens enjoyed the games. We also love the property - easy walk to the beach and a fun pool area.

This place was perfect in every way! The penthouse was amazing and ocean views were awesome! The owner is so so nice and easy Check in also! Every thing was there that you would need from K-cup maker laundry soap pods wagon for the beach with beach chairs towels and more! Will definitely be back and book here again! Place is amazing! Pool table,foosball table and darts inside the penthouse was perfect as well!

Family vacation

Unit 703 turned out to be perfect for our group of ten. Plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. Masters are huge and spacious and each room having a bathroom (smaller bedroom utilizes hall bath) is extremely convenient. Pool table was put to good use and chairs and wagon for beach was great to have at the property already.

Christmas success

We made last minute changes to holiday plans. Reserved this property without doing a lot of research. Property worked out great. Stepped 10 adults and 2 babies in pack in plays flawlessly. Super great communication with property management. Might be annual event.

Perfect stay!

I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Puerto Penasco but this was by far the BEST! The place is amazing, spacious & has a PERFECT VIEW. The property is in a convenient area, full of fun, the beach is so easily accessible & the property is secure. Me and my family will absolutely be staying here again. 10/10 recommend.

The online pics are a true representation of the home. It is a spacious condo that accommodate 11 adults easily. The owner had plenty of supplies to maintain each person for the entire course of our 3 day stay. The condo also had a good deal of beach gear for families with a utility wagon which was a great plus. We were able to cook each morning with minimal complications. I would suggest owner to supply multiple fry pans however it wasn’t a big deal. The unit has 2 refrigerators so stock piling cool water bottles was easy. There was a small issue with checking in but the owner responded immediately and rectified the situation. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful penthouse!

Tom’s place is the perfect spot for extended family or sharing with 3 other couples. 4 large bedrooms all with King size beds and bathrooms. Beautiful balcony views and right on Sandy Beach! You won’t want to leave. The Security staff on-site was amazing. Always helpful. Hope to be back to this property!

Pro’s Condo was nice. Clean. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. Easy to get ahold of owner when needed Con’s. Difficult operating TV’s, after arrival we found out resort lost liquor license for the whole place. We were able to take our own to pool.
