In the resort town of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in a gated community with 24 hour security, this Warm and Charming Condo is a great place to relax. 2 Minute walk from the beach, it's location allows it to be close to restaurants and Malecon, where you can do some exploring and find a local shop. It is in the exclusive "Las Conchas" community in the "Corona Del Sol" community. This family oriented Condo also consist of two community pools with several BBQ areas, a volleyball court and a gym.

Well it rained relly bad the night before. We were going in from yuma, az and it was really bad we couldnt leave i contacted the owner that night and he refused to give me a refund or anything cause it wasnt that bad in mexico. But in Arizona were we live it got bad skme of the roads were flooded and we couldnt get across the border to go to our trip.

This property is a good option. Communication with the owner and the check-in process were both very good.The unit could have been cleaner and in better condition.The condition and cleanliness of the patio furniture was very disappointing.
