It was a lovely property on a lovely beach. Ample room for our party of four plus a golden Retriever. So wonderful to find this dog-friendly place. Also included were privileges at the Mayan and we were able to use the pool there, also. Everything was wonderful and we appreciate the help provided by Alma and Carmen!

Amazing Location

We were really impressed with the house. The views were great. Spacious and friendly location. Shopping was close enough. We plan to come back someday. Thank you for the great memories we were able to make.

The house was in a great location, and was beachfront. Unfortunately, the house was not stocked with any paper towels; not enough toilet paper; and some linens appeared soiled from previous guests. There is also no DirectTV in the living room in spite there being a cable box for it. The remote needed new batteries too.

Great location

The house was comfortable and pretty clean. Access to the Mayan was a great bonus. There was an issue at check-in. I asked about early check- in and was told it would be $40.00. I said that was great but asked if it was guaranteed early check-in as we didn’t want to drive all that way and then have nowhere to go if the unit wasn’t ready. We were told yes it was guaranteed. We left earlier and of course when we went to check in we were told the unit was not ready so we had to sit out on the deck in the heat for a little over an hour while it was finished being cleaned. Some more direction for check out would’ve also been helpful. There wasn’t any information in the book in the unit nor did I receive an email so we had to call the property manager on a Sunday morning and ask where to leave the keys, etc..Those were minor issues and we had a great long weekend!
