This beautiful, beachfront condo is located in a very small complex. We are fortunate that there are only 4 units in Tkelcondo, so that we can offer your own palapa for your own private use. You can relax, read and take some sun. We also have designated pool areas for our guests to relax around so with your own palapa, your own pool area and your own condo unit, you can feel safe and enjoy your vacation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Such a great, comfortable place. Can easily get to Puerto Morelos which has a lot of good food options. Access with direct access to the beach makes this place perfect for visiting the Riviera Maya.

Peaceful, spacious place!

We loved the place, very homey and comfortable! We loved watching beautiful sunrises. The pool area and beachfront is maintained almost daily—very nice. It is a 30 minute (nice beach) walk to Puerto Morelos and to stores, cafes, ATMs so plan accordingly.

Perfect Location and vacation home.

Glenn’s property at Puerto Morelos was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, the access to laundry was handy, the location was absolutely spectacular and perfect for early morning or evening walks. We had a lot of tasks we were obliged to fulfill for family while in Mexico and this place and it’s quiet settings were convenient and had us well rested. Would love to come back one day, thank you Glenn.
