Amazing Views!! Palapas and Large Private Beach!!!
This beautiful, beachfront condo is located in a very small complex. We are fortunate that there are only 4 units in Tkelcondo, so that we can offer your own palapa for your own private use. You can relax, read and take some sun. We also have designated pool areas for our guests to relax around so with your own palapa, your own pool area and your own condo unit, you can enjoy your vacation.
Our guests love our location because our beach is quiet and private as compared to being close to the village center where it can get very, very crowded on some days! Also our beach is all sand without any rocks or shells that make it hard to get in the water. There is also fantastic snorkeling under the cement dock right out front. Careful—some places on the beach have very little or no beach as the water runs right up to their break wall so if you like to hang out on the beach make sure there is some!
Also, please make sure you are staying right in Puerto Morelos and not down the road somewhere

Great location, well equipped
We enjoyed this place a lot. We did have a car for grocery trips into town. We could walk the beach into town. It’s a longer, but doable walk via the road. We often took the 5 minute road walk to Desires where there is a taxi stand. The place was well equipped and the beach location secluded without being isolated. The beds were just ok. We had a couple of issues. One day the water went out and one day the power went out. Glenn was responsive and these issues did not impact our staay

Great beach access lovely views. Great host!
We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. The directions to the place were good, however it’s also a good idea to use Google Maps or other (street view) so that you’re clear on the route when you get to Puerto Morelos. You can walk to town along the beach, it’s about 1.5 miles, and there are many and varied restaurants to choose from. We did reserve a table but found we didn’t need to at this time of year. The apartment has three bedrooms each with it’s own AC and also fans. The view is spectacular from the large deck. There’s a small pool available. There is also parking close by. All in all a good place for a short or longer visit!

Beautiful property, had everything that our family of 5 (parents and 3 young adult children) needed, the beach was lovely. Host was great, very easy to communicate with. Overall, fantastic experience and we really, really hope to return!
