Pool and outdoor area was very poor. Pool had a leak and a hose running across the outdoor area attached to an outdoor tap was used to top it up every day. This caused a trip hazard - especially if young children were running about. The sun beds were very well used/damaged and really uncomfortable. When I raised my concern with the host regarding the state of the pool I was told the pool was fine to swim in despite advice to the negative from the pool repair man. This spoiled our break as use of the pool and a lovely outdoor area was a huge part of why we booked a villa. Another huge concern was that every window/door shutter the slats were badly damaged at the points where the window latches and door handles were located. This indicated to me that the villa had been broken into. This made me very anxious and I felt quite unsafe during my stay. It was hot at night and at previous villas I would open the windows but lock the shutters - we were not safe to do this and were very hot through the night. No fans were provided so this made us very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the poor quality of this villa and will not be booking with Vrbo again!

Perfect for families

Perfect holiday villa. The house is spotless and everything you need is there, including toys for the kids. Good kitchen, plenty of rooms for the entire family and a nice outside space with grill and pool. Good beaches nearby, Puerto del Rosario will not conquer your heart but other destinations nearby.

Beautiful villa, excellent host

The villa is lovely, spacious and very clean. You have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Excellent kitchen! Very comfy bed. Beautifully decorated. We would hire a car next time as we had no luck with taxis but the walk into town is not too bad, 20/25 mins. Xavier is an excellent host and replies to any queries within minutes. Thank you Xavier.

Che dire, un soggiorno perfetto in una casa perfetta. Dotazioni di ogni genere, pulita, impeccabile, il surplus di ogni cosa. Xavier, il proprietario, gentilissimo, disponibile sempre, una persona meravigliosa. Semplicemente un posto paradisiaco dove rilassarsi, vivere nel confort, godersi la libertà che solo un'abitazione privata può dare. Il mio punto di riferimento futuro per ogni ritorno a Fuerteventura senza alcun dubbio.

TUTTO PERFETTO

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana dal 3/04/16 al 10/04/16,che dire è stato tutto perfetto. Il proprietario Xavier è disponibilissimo,per qualsiasi bisogno o necessità risolve il problema in pochissimo tempo. la casa è stupenda ed è dotata di ogni comfort. E' stata una vacanza stupenda e l'isola di Fuerteventura è magnifica. La casa si trova a porto Rosario è una grande cittadina dell'isola se si vuole soggiornare qui consiglio di affittare una macchina per visitare l'isola.. I tempi di percorrenza dalla casa a Corralejo è di circa 30 min,invece per andare a sud sino a Morro Jable è di circa 1 ora. Grazie Xavier siamo stati benissimo Giuseppe
