Anazing place to stat

The place was lovely, people very friendly, we came late to check in and found a bottle of water on the table which we desperate needed, it saved us! Also bottle of wine which was very nice. The building was looking calming that you wanted to stroll around, get to swimming pool or just sit on a tarace, children could be there for all day. Definitely we will return there.

We stayed 8 days there, not physical reception which was scary less security. Nobody cleaned our apartment for 8 days so no new towels at all. When we arrived my partner had to mop the whole apartment because look dirty. It was a spacious and well-equipped flat but I guess they could improve in those areas.

Communication from the company prior to my arrival informing me of how to locate the keys as I was arriving late at night . How they were dealing with the covid situation. in a lovely area of the town . had the pool to myself most of the time.

No replies received from my 3 emails regarding check in. Pleasant receptionist when we arrived. Apartment very clean. However we were disappointed to be allocated a dark,no sun,no view apartment certainly not the one we had in mind when we booked. (no change could be made, yes we did ask) The sun terrace with pool was a lifesaver to catch the sunshine. The area was great for bars and restaurants, would return to Puerto de la Cruz but not Club Tarahal

Great family appartment in quiet area of Puerto

Very clean and large appartment, well equiped with kitchen and good WIFI. Large balcony with beautiful sea view and cool sea breeze at night. Nice private pool on roof with great views. Good quiet location in la Paz and reasonable walking distance of Puerto town. Need to be fit with the steps to town. Parking is always tricky in Puerto, but there are enough on the road spaces near to the appartments. Good links to major routes mean this is an excellent location if you want to explore northern Tenerife.

Spacious accomodation. Quiet area. Not the most comfortable bed and although clean the room smelled of cigarette smoke. There are limited facilities in the hotel complex. There was a nice view of the sea from the apartment . There is no beach area within walking distance.

very good apartment hotel

The complex was very good well maintained a short walk to restaurants bars & shops. Being January the area was not as busy but most places were open and perfect for a winter sun break. I would recommend Club Tarahal and the Puerta De la Cruz area to anyone.

Lovely apartments with brilliant views

Very pleased with our 1 bed apartment, very clean, well stocked. Only problem we asked for a double bed and got 2 twin beds pushed together, not quite the same. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and a little further to the supermarket. Lovely location, would recommend.
