An amazing place to stay. Quiet and beautiful! Jackie is a fantastic host with lots of great info on the area. The apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We’ll definitely be returning.

Heaven on earth

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect in every way. From the ocean/jungle views to the functional and beautiful layout, to the proximity to the beach, we could not have asked for more.Jackie was a wonderful host, very responsive, gracious, and helpful. We fell in love with Puerto Carrillo. If we don’t find a way to buy our own little slice of heaven out there, we will definitely return for another stay here!

It was a great

Jackie, Thank you for the wonderful accommodations during our recent stay. The apartment was perfect and your assistance with transportation and local activities was a great help to us. As bird watchers your property was perfect. Mornings we birded from the open windows looking toward the ocean. In the evening we sat on the back patio and saw many beautiful birds in the tree and bushes. A memory that will be a lifetime birding highlight was seeing the Scarlet Macaws flying below us out the dining area window so the view was of their multicolored wings. It was magnificent. Best wishes to you. Thanks again for everything.

Perfect getaway for newly empty nesters

We are pretty familiar with the area and have stayed at one of Jackie's properties before. The apartment is clean and has all of the amenities you may need. Location was perfect for us! Close enough to the beach and restaurants but gave us the opportunity to get our steps in. Jackie and Rick are awesome! They are there for you for whatever questions you may have. The location is plenty private if that is what you want or if your happen to meet them for an afternoon beer. They go above and beyond and treat you like family! Cheers

Wonderful Villa!!

We stayed at Jackie’s beautiful villa for two nights and can’t say enjoy wonderful things about our time there. Jackie was super responsive with communication prior to our arrival. She was very welcoming during our stay and recommended great restaurants walking distance from villa. The villa is decorated beautifully and the views were our favorite!! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in this part of Costa Rica!!

This place is amazing!

The property is beautiful, well equipped and very safe! You can walk to the beach and great places to eat. Jackie is very helpful, she even shared some great locations really close for waterfalls and beautiful tide pools. You feel like family when you stay there. We can’t wait to go back - we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great start to our vacation.

Perfection in every way

Perfecto! We were greeted by Rick, who was super friendly. He gave us a tour of the little studio apartment. Everything was immaculately clean. It was comfortable and inviting. The view of the ocean was magnificent. It was a short little walk to the beach and to several restaurants. They were available anytime we had any questions and made us feel right at home. There is nothing that they could have done to have made our stay any more perfect! We will be back!!

Beautiful property with beautiful views!

This is one of those rare properties that no matter how many pictures you look at, it's more than what you imagine! Private and spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the views, the views of the ocean, sunsets and gardens are amazing! Howler monkeys in the morning and more birds and butterflies than you can count. At the end of a quiet street and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the little grocery. Secure parking area too! Jackie is the perfect host, quick to communicate and so helpful with activity suggestions, the best restaurants or just some extra ice! We highly recommend staying at Jackies place if you're ever in Puerto Carrillo!

This is a new, fabulous, apartment with a stunning view, immaculate furnishings, and a wonderfully genial host. The beach at Puerto Carrillo is relaxing, the food at the nearby Argentinian restaurant is great, the unit owners are 'muy agradable' and helpful.
