The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights.

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.

Durante el check in todo muy bien, el joven que nos atendió fue muy atento con nosotros. Nuestra habitación muy amplia y limpia. Durante la noche la vista es hermosa. Nos incluyero un desayuno ligero y un rico café. Zona segura, estacionamiento amplio. Agradable para pasarlo en familia.

The family rooms are excellent when traveling in large groups. We had 4 beds and 2 bathrooms in our room with a great view. The area is very safe and the staff friendly. Great value for the price

A room with a view

The view is amazing! The internet did not great if you are on a higher floor but the staff is super nice. Our room did not have a fridge (there was a microwave). I wish I had brought instant coffee. It is in a very nice neighborhood so there is nothing close, but my husband walked down to the OXXO and back up the hill. FYI, No shuttle.

En general mi estancia estuvo bien, a secas. Tiene una muy buena ubicación y la vista es magnífica. Las instalaciones requieren mucho mantenimiento. La regadera tiene moho y hay humedad en el techo. El control de la TV no funcionaba bien. Tuve un percance con mi hija de 6 años en el área de recepción, y la actitud de la recepcionista no fue la más comprensiva. Sugiero que modernicen las instalaciones y les den el debido mantenimiento. Esa es su carta de presentación.
