The front door of this right-side unit opens into a spacious living room with a brand new 65 inch OLED 4K UHD smart television & dining area that features hardwood flooring and a triple slider to the side deck that runs the depth of the building with privacy & plenty of room for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a brand new stainless steel french door refrigerator, a brand new stainless steel double oven gas range with a microwave hood, a dishwasher, granite countertops, and an adjacent bath with shower. The main bath and 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, both with queen size beds. The third floor has a cathedral ceiling bonus room with an en suite bathroom, king size bed, many windows and skylights, and a brand new 48 inch OLED 4K UHD smart television.
