Our trip last week to Turks was with 6 couples and the house fit all our needs.Kitchen was well stocked which was great since we cooked a few meals.The pool and outdoor areas were great to relax at. The kayaks and paddles board were nice to have and used by all. Judy was very pleasant and responded to any questions or concerns we had.We did book an afternoon on the boat they have and there were a few issues which was a bummer but we made the best of it, the owner did offered us a discounted rate that we appreciated. Overall a great stay and if we revisit TC we will inquire again!

We had a total of 15 people and this property accommodated everyone comfortably! It was clean and tidy when we checked in. The view is amazing and we love being able to play volleyball! We would definitely book to stay here again!

Nice Vacation

The House was great! Nice separate area for kitchen that sits in front of pool area, then dock, and boat. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms and nice separate two bedroom unit with couch for teenagers to hang out and TV and kitchen (this was the teenage boys "bachelor pad" for the week). Pool was great- we spent lots of time in. Bike to Blue Haven market were great. Walking was great. Beach across the street for glass bottom kayaking and foil boarding. We arrange a private chef and had a great dinner. The star of the trip was Mario as our captain. We rented boat at house for four days and spent four great days on the water with Mario showing us his island. We did snorkeling for sand dollars, an early morning deep sea fishing for tuna and red snapper, finding our own pristine sandbar, jumping from the La Famille shipwreck, a tour of homes (including Prince's purple driveway), and some nice lunch stops. Mario was super. A Great Vacation for the six adults and five children.

Best vacation ever

We traveled to TCI with a large group of 10 adults and a few infants and had the best time at this villa. The villa is clean and modern and was designed to host large groups. We had a chef come prepare breakfast every morning but my mom and aunts cooked a ton and the kitchen had all the supplies and amenities. The beds are comfortable and there’s a really nice washer and dryer on the property to do laundry. We used the SUP and kayaks to go to the mangroves to see sea turtles a few mornings and my 3 yo son loved it. We payed extra for the pool to be heated and it was worth it. Judy, the property manager was so nice and responsive and my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to go back.

Family Time

Love the separation of spaces, one building for the living area, one for bedrooms and one for guests. Quiet location on an inlet allows all ages to become experts at paddle boarding and kayaking, with equipment provided. A boat and guide are available for tours of the island and fishing excursions. The majority of every day was spent outside around the pool, or in the evening around the fire pit with music playing in the background. We would love to return every year for family time. One caution for older adults and young children, there are many steps in and around pool and living area with no railings.

Couldn’t have been better!

This is a beautiful property. Check in was a breeze. Property was super clean and had everything we hoped for. The host was super attentive and helped us arrange chef prepared dinners, transfers and made excellent recommendations on where to dine and explore. We’d highly recommend it and will stay here again when we return.

Beautiful property

The property was perfect for the amount of guest that traveled with me. The owner made sure we had everything we needed stocked on the property. A few minor things that we may have come across that we needed assistance with, the owner did very thing to make it right immediately. Overall, great place and I do recommend!!!!

Perfect Vacation

The property did not disappoint! Just as pics. Clean, bright and beautiful! Large bedrooms with separate ensuite were perfect. Layout is superb for a small or large group. Judy, the property manager, was very responsive throughout the planning, booking and during our stay. Leeward Beach is beautiful! Chef Kamar was fantastic and very helpful meal planning for our large group.

HANDS DOWN INCREDIBLE

Myself and 10 friends visited for my birthday week. It was absolutely everything and more we could have wanted. The house is very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Private location, spacious outdoor area, water toys, comfortable beds, great kitchen. The property manager was constantly in touch, welcomed us when we arrived. The sound system was great for pool parties outside and inside. Huge fridge for groceries. The rooms had everything we needed with comfortable beds and linens. The view is amazing. I can’t recommend it more. We had the best time from dining outside by the pool, to cozy dinners inside and lounging in the living room. And the aesthetic of the house is modern and minimal. Will definitely be returning.
