This was a perfect home base for our family group as we explored many snorkeling spots around Provo. The layout is spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and very comfy beds and bedding. We loved the big sofa, the well-equipped kitchen, and the great light and ventilation through many windows. The patio view out to the harbor was very nice, enjoyed watching the boats of all sizes come and go. Access to Smiths Reef could not be easier, and that was one of our favorite snorkeling spots.
