We loved the condo and the location. Communication with the owner was top-notch. The caretaker on the property were attentive and responsive. The condo was well appointed and the gardens were beautiful. I would highly recommend.

Lovely Stay

The apartment is lovely, spotless, and has everything you need. It's perfectly located for a stroll to the beach and is central enough to easily drive to stunning beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would definitely consider returning. Highly recommended!

Just what we were looking for!

We had everything we needed, and we appreciated that the description online was exactly how it was. It was nice not to have to use air conditioning because the windows and fans created a breeze. It was a short distance to the beach and not far from restaurants and grocery stores, we would highly recommend stain on this property

Everything you need for wonderful time!

My husband and I had a great time in Provo. This condo was great. It had great motorized bikes to use plus floats and umbrellas. It was very peaceful and quiet. It doesn’t have a view of the water, but it was a very short walk to the beach. The condo is VERY CLEAN!! The AC works like a dream. The shower was super relaxing after Long Beach day. We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and kind. It’s a great little community! I felt incredibly safe with the gate. It’s in a really nice neighborhood!!! Beautiful flowers around the condo. The grounds keeper was a gem and so friendly.

Loved it

Great place to spend a week! The whole place felt brand new. Grounds were well maintained and pool is kept in perfect condition all week. Comfortable bed and lots of chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach each day. As a self-proclaimed germophobe, I've never felt as comfortable in a VRBO or hotel room as I did here. It was spotless on a deep-clean level!

Nice property.

The only thing I can say I disliked was when we showered the water would go onto floor because of the half shower door/glass wall. We loved the short walk to the beach.

Amazing stay!

We loved our accommodations at sunseasand! The host was exceptionally responsive to inquiries, the grounds were lush and very clean! Looking at coming back next year with a bigger group! Would book again, was exactly as pictured and described! FYI You will need a rental car anywhere on the island!

Amazing

We had a great week in our one bedroom. Ann is a first class host and responded to our questions very quickly. The friendly property manager was always present and kept the grounds impeccable. We have rented the two and three bedroom units before and they were equally as nice. Clean, modern appliances and all amenities needed to cook meals. We are counting the days before our next trip to T&C and we will be renting from SunSeaSand again.

Epic little place

Such a great option that is steps to the beach. Beach is empty except for a few kite boarders here and there. E-bikes and Yusef the property manager is such a great guy. We feel really lucky to have found this place

Awesome location and host

Family of 4 trip. Hoc was an outstanding host, and he has a beautiful property very very close to the beach. We would go back and stay again for certain. Would love to go when he is there, given his enthusiasm for outdoor recreation like kiteboarding and foiling. :-)
