Our stay at The Rock House was an experience full of ups and downs.
From the moment we arrived, it felt as though the hotel wasn’t quite operating at its full potential. We waited a very long time for our bags to be delivered to our room, and overall, service throughout the property—
and even across the island—was quite slow. The only team that stood out for their attentiveness were the pool area staff.
The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are nicely designed. The hotel truly has a lot of potential but would benefit greatly from refreshing and retraining its staff. Unfortunately, our checkout experience was especially disappointing, as we were wrongly accused of damaging the TV. Although the situation was eventually resolved, it left us with a very bad impression.
Thankfully, the General Manager genuinely understands hospitality and knows how to prioritize guests. Overall, once the staff matures and service improves, The Rock House has the potential to deliver a true 5-star experience.
