Great boutique hotel in the heart of it all. Minimal and modern. Clean and cool. Best staff. Warm hospitality! Could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. We would def go back! Convenient back entrance that puts you so close to beach. My only comment for improvement - please purchase better bikes. The island is so fun to tour on a bike but the tires were flat in some cases and the seats difficult to adjust. Also - island tip - bring small bills. A lot of places will only take cash but have no change.

GREAT PROPERTY

Clean, up to date, spacious, friendly and helpful staff. We loved it. The beach is only 5mins away. The shopping area is only 7mins away. The local street event (food, music, drinks, shopping, FUN) is EVERY THURSDAY evening. Only 2mins away. Don’t let the gravel roads fool ya! It’s all good!!!

Newer property near Grace Bay

This property was a great choice within walking distance of Grace Bay, yet more affordable than places on the beach. It is a smaller property, so you quickly get to know all of the staff and some of the guests too. No restaurant but again you are within walking distance of several great choices. They have their own beach umbrellas and chairs on the beach, as well as a nice pool on site. What really makes this place enjoyable are the friendly and helpful staff. We had lots of questions for Shawnette who was always so nice to work with. We also enjoyed getting help from Daniel, who seemed to always be working but had a great attitude about everything.

Great week

The property was safe and clean. The golf cart to the beach was so convenient. Daniel the driver, maintenance, and security was awesome. The ladies in theiffice were fantastic as well. Close to Grace Bay. Hemingways resturant and the Thursday night Fish fry are a must! Mr. Groupers is another good testurant close by. Rent a car and go see all the beaches!

Modern and Clean with a Good Location

Seascapes is a small, but affordable place to stay in Turks. It is exactly as pictured and the location is good. It’s about two blocks from the beach and about 1 mile to downtown Grace Bay. The management was kind and friendly and helpful with anything you needed. The bikes were an added bonus. One recommendation is to bring a longer charging cords for your electronics as the outlets were not close the furniture. The only other hesitation I have with this property is their communication when working with Vrbo. I am still waiting for them to refund part of my stay from having to reduce my trip by a day (which was done before any cancellation fees, accrued). I am hopeful that they will follow through with the refund.

Seascape Review

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. The amenities and facilities were accurately depicted from the images. It is a short walk from the beach, but we enjoyed the exercise walking to and from the beach and Grace Bay district.

Very nice hotel

Seascape was perfect for our needs. Very affordable and within 5 to 10 minutes of the shopping/restaurant area. Also within walking distance to Mr Grouper’s! Our favorite restaurant while in TCI. Charlene was awesome and super helpful

Awesome...

The location is perfect and within a stone's through of Grace Bay Plaza. Took advantage of the complementary bicycle and was there in no time. The office and security personnel where super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!!!!!!
